Please please please read the reviews they took my first withdrawal from me of £350 you can’t win with the massive wagers if you use them and you can play for hours and not get any bonus es then you win a zero times with things like super bonus . I requested a withdrawal of £4,900.12 on 18 May 2025 and, at the time of writing, I have still not been paid.

My account was fully verified and my KYC documents had already been approved. Despite this, my withdrawal was repeatedly reversed and the funds were returned to my playable balance. I never requested these reversals.
After weeks of waiting, support continued to tell me that the finance team would contact me by email, but I received no meaningful explanation. I was then asked to provide documents that had already been submitted and approved.
The lack of communication, repeated delays, and constant requests for information already provided have made this an extremely frustrating experience.
I would strongly advise players to be very cautious before depositing with this casino. I have been waiting since 18 May 2025 for a £4,900.12 withdrawal and have still not received my funds. The casino are crooks and thieves and do not hold a license.

Avoid Wagerland Casino at all costs. This has been one of the worst online gambling experiences I’ve ever had. I tried to withdraw my winnings of around £2,350, and they immediately cancelled the request, claiming they needed proof of address. Fine — I sent exactly what they asked for without delay.

Then I submitted another withdrawal request for £2,000, only for them to cancel it again. This time their excuse was even more ridiculous — they suddenly claimed the winnings were from free spins and refused to pay out. No proper explanation, no transparency, just a flat-out refusal.

This feels like a deliberate tactic to avoid paying players. They will happily take your money, but when it comes to withdrawals, they make excuses and change their story. It’s dishonest, misleading, and completely unacceptable.

In my opinion, this site operates in a very shady way. Save yourself the stress, time, and money — do NOT play here.

Rubbish company. Lots of deposited no single whithrowal I make. They just don't let you never win. They give you rubbish bonuses but from them you can't whithraw the money. When I asked to close my account they give me email to damn person to close my damn account. But when I send email to this person unfortunately email back to me. Because this person does not exist. Quite appalling. No support from customer service. Weeks of being ignored and still being bombarded with promotional emails despite unsubscribing a dozen times.
Heaven knows what other data this bunch has acquired of mine!
