Avoid. Unfortunately I did not check the reviews before I ordered. My order has been at "Info received" status for a week now with no estimate of a delivery date. I sent the company an email but have heard nothing. I am not confident I will receive anything and it seems many others have suffered the same.

Bad non existent customer service. Took 2 weeks to arrive and I didn't get the harness personalised so asked to return as to small for my lab. I ordered the large and didn't fit him. They don't respond and it wasnt cheap either so left with a harness that will be of no use to me. Wasted my money

Complete scam, taken money from account but no order confirmation or number. cant get any response from company either. Reading the other reviews it seems I am not alone.

I bought a large dog coat for my bulldog £24.99 , took 4 weeks to arrive as it came from China & definitely was not a large and the clasp was broken. I emailed several time with no response. Also found the exact same coat on Temu £4.75! Would not recommend Waggytails to anybody. Terrible company stay clear!

I ordered 2 harnesses for my 2 cockapoos, both broke within days of receiving them, the dogs hardly had them on. I've tried and tried to get replacements however my emails are being ignored. I do not recommend using this company at all.

This company is fraudulent and should be avoided. The wrong size item was sent. When I complained they offered an exchange, asking for the wrong item to be returned. The new item never arrived and no exchange note refund has been given. The also fail to reply to any emails. It’s a pure scam. I expect a new Facebook site will be set up ahead of peak shopping times (such as Xmas) next year - so new customers won’t see the many similar comments from equally duped people. Please spread the message. Do not order from this business. Find a reputable local pet store instead.

Really bad customer service . I ordered a harness and lead 6 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived . Asked for a refund's on several emails but no reply . Just given new tracking details that don’t work . Avoid this company at all costs

ALL BAD, NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS GROUP

This company pretends to be based in the Uk but only after buying did I realise this is a con. I assume it is based in China as my purchase is taking longer to get here than if it went via the moon. The tracking information is clearly false as it goes from one hub to another every few days without saying which courier it is. I doubt it will ever arrive and if it does I should have just bought directly from Temu.

I have still have not received my items it’s been 12 days and still nothing , to find out that it’s been shipped from china , contacted the company by email but still nothing back , I will be contacting my bank to request a refund as I feel this is a scam and totally mugged offer customer definitely will not be ordering from this company again

You are totally misled. This product comes from China as a matter of fact the same harness is on Shein for 8 Euro feel totally ripped off.

Well I placed an order with this company on the 23rd October and as at today’s date nothing has been delivered. Following the tracking but my items are somewhere in the ether.
I would suggest folks you avoid this company and spend your hard earned cash elsewhere, they should be ashamed of the service offered, on a par with Funny fuzzy!!

The blanket I ordered was very much thinner than it looked online and quite poorly made. It was not worth the €18 I paid for it. I have bought much better ones from Aldi for only €10.

They hired very unprofessional staff they cut my 1year old dog on balls they scratch his ear with trimmer my pet is very scared and not able to sit properly because of wound on his balls i am never going back to take service staff is very evil

I love the harness as I have bought one previously and it lasted very well. I have just bought exactly the same harness but a different colour.
It took ages to arrive. When I made an enquiry, I was very bluntly sent a new link to follow delivery progress. I tend not to click on links so I was non the wiser. If customer service had been a little more friendly and helpful, I would have given it 5 stars. Customer service makes all the difference and if it’s poor, there’s mistrust.

Ordered nearly 3 weeks ago and not arrived.
Comes from China, not London like website states. No customer service

would give 0 stars if possible. Harness and dog lead ordered 20.8.25. Email received from Evri 3.9.25 saying item damaged beyond repair in transit and they were unable to deliver. Waggy tails advised the same day but no response as yet. Have gone to PayPal to reclaim my money. Could not recommend this company at all and would high suggest that you avoid.

Avoid at all costs. This knock-off from China is absolutely atrocious, it lasted barely an hour with my dog before ripping on the very first pull. Shipping took a month, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere, and now the seller is ignoring my request for a refund. Total waste of money and time.
