So I have to say I was one of those people who thought this was going to be complete BS when my daughter sent me the link. I mean, playing sounds for your dog? Come on. But my chocolate lab Hershey has had separation anxiety since we got him as a puppy (he's 3 now) and we have literally tried EVERYTHING. Trainers, medications that made him a zombie, those thunder shirts, you name it. Nothing worked for more than a few days. My wife was at her wits end because Hershey would tear up the house every time we left. Anyway, I figured what the hell, it's cheaper than another useless trainer. Started playing it when we leave and honestly? It's working. Not overnight, took maybe 4 or 5 days before we noticed anything, but now he just goes to his bed when we leave. Came home yesterday and the house was exactly how we left it. First time in THREE YEARS. I still don't totally understand how it works but I don't really care at this point. If it keeps working I'll be a customer for life. Only giving 4 stars because I wish there was a longer free trial to test it out first, but overall very happy with the results so far.

This is a fraud and spam company. This company charged me $19 7 day trial which is what I agreed to and then charged me $78.
At no time did I authorise the second payment? I’m just concerned now that they will continue to charge my account. Be very careful with this company.

I agreed to first charge of $19.00 but immediately they charged my account for $49.00 that I did not give approval. The original offer was 7 days of music and did not say anything about the extra charge. Now when I call the number listed a recording says to go to their email, which I did and got nothing. Their advertisement said if I don't like it my money would be returned to my account. I talked to a person the day I was charged and asked for my money back. She said it would take 2 to 3 business days to show up. This was on October 6, 2025 and now on October 20th it still hasn't shown up. I tried calling and emailing to no avail. They had no right to be taking the extra money out of my account without permission. I
understood that $19.00 was all that would be taken out. I want the followers of your apps to know to not get involved with this company. After I realized they had taken more out than approved, I decided to check the Better Business Bureau and they said they had complaints of other people having the extra $49.00 taken out of their accounts also. I just want my money back in my account soon.

Dishonest and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. My account shows no subscription is active and yet my credit card was charged anyway. When contacted they stated their subscription terms are clear and accessible. This is not true. A screenshot of my account shows that I have no subscription. They refuse to work with me to fix the problem.
Not an honest company to work with and the service is mediocre at best…it did not help my dog and is not worth the investment,

Wagnific has fraudulently withdrawn over $140 from my account. I made a purchase in July 2025 and then in September and October 2025 they withdrew money from my account for "purchases" that I did not make.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM OR YOU COULD BE SCAMMED OUT OF MONEY TOO

THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS WHO WILL CONTINUE CHARGING YOU EVEN AFTER THEY ADVISE IT IS A ONE TIME PAYMENT. I HAVE HAD TO REACH OUT NUMEROUS TIMES TO GET THE CHARGES REVERSED. DO NOT USE, DO NOT TRUST!!

I cancelled after several days and have not been able to get a refund for over a month they have continued to say it is being processed.

They originally charged me an extra $49, which they refunded the same day when I complained that I didn't authorize that charge.

I didn't purchase the product, didn't provide a credit card however there is a $19 charge for Wagnific on my card statement. Talk about crooked!!!

Multiple Unauthorized payments taken, no response from customer service . you took 19.00 on the 8th and the 11th of August and a 49.00 and 47.00 on August 11 as well.

My dog sleeps all day unless we’re walking or playing with him. The music did nothing at all. I somewhat expected that but what’s more disappointing is they’re continuing to charge me for what said was a one time charge for access to the music. Don’t do it. They get your info and rack up the charges.
Let’s see if they make this right.

I was charged $49, and $19 initially. DID NOT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT!!! I was just charged ANOTHER $49, and still no product! I have sent 2 messages on the website, cancelling my subscription and asking for a refund. No response! Just cancel my subscription and give me my refund!!!!

I have been using Wagnific for about 2 months now. My dog was rescued from a terrible breeder, and she is extremely protective of my husband and me. She will go after anyone who comes near us or near our home. She is a 6 lb. Maltese, but she can frighten anyone. I was at my wits' end with her. Family and friends didn't want to come over, and everyone was afraid of her. Locking her in another room only made her bark incessantly. I bought Wagnific and played it for her every day. Now when we go out, I tell her I am going to put on her music. She goes to her bed and sleeps. Yesterday, I took her on her leash to get the mail. My neighbor was coming up the sidewalk towards us. Josie barked at her; I pulled a little on her leash, and she stopped and sat down. My neighbor and I chatted for a few minutes, and every time my neighbor acknowledged my dog, Josie would bark at her. I would tug a little on her leash and tell her "No". She would sit and not bark. I was amazed. Usually, she would get so wound up that we would have to pick her up and hold her tightly so that she couldn't get at the person. I genuinely believe that Wagnific has done something to help my dog. People told us that we should give her away, but we have committed to this little soul. We had taken her to training twice, and they gave us our money back, saying she was untrainable. She is not food motivated, and we tried to tell both trainers. I honestly don't know how Wagnific does what it does, but it has helped my little dog, and I am thankful.

Never received product and they charged me 19, then 49 on same day when i only ordered the $19 product which I never received.

I thought I paid for it ($19.99) and never got anything. I found a place to contact them and sent them an e-mail. I did close my charge, but they say they never got my order. I am updating because if this works it could help a lot of animals/people. I checked before I closed my account and there wasn't a charge on it from them. Who knows what happened but I guess ignore my review.

I’ve never seen my dog sleep so well. Wagnific is truly the best investment I’ve made this year!

This has made mornings so much easier. Our dog used to bark non stop but now she just chills while we get ready.

I signed up for a 1999 for those dog sounds to calm them. Never had a chance to use it because my husband got sick and two weeks later died this just happened in July when I got that $19.99. Upon looking at my bank account they took out on that same day $49 and 2 days ago they took out another $49. I never even got a chance to use the service due to my husband's health issue. I never signed up for any membership at all. Trying to go through their website is like pulling teeth to get any help. I can't get anyone to contact me back. Scam!!!

So happy with this! Easy to use and super effective.
