FRAUDSTERS. Company doesn't keep up with there commitment of return policy. I upgraded my mattress. rather bought 2 mattresses and bed. still these people do not bother to process my 1 mattress return. There pickup is delayed. No communication on pickup. Horrible experience buying a bed from Wakefit. They sent the bed with no screws for assembling. The person who was supposed to come to do the fitting never showed up. Customer service is terrible. Overall experience is awful.

Company's replaced policy is too much harsh, getting my product pickup on 22 nov. but still no any replacement done by wakefit, I am tired to call customer care service but not any fyrther process done in my replacement.

Mattress are ok but logistic department and customer service is very poor. Replacement can take more than 3 months that too without any strict time line. Delievery time also not fix, agent call 10 mins before delivering and if not available at home they return it back to their banglore warehouse and guess again take more than 2 months to get it back. In the end we cancelled order but getting refund is still ongoing. So buy if you are not working and have time for their nonsense

They delivered a damaged product and have made no effort to collect it or issue a refund. The customer service is extremely poor, and their delivery partner, Xpressbees, neither calls nor attempts delivery. They even leave false updates claiming the customer was unavailable. Avoid Wakefit — you will regret buying them.

I have ordered many items from this website, and each time they deliver completely different products from what I ordered. When I contact customer support to request a return or replacement, they say there is no return policy. The customer service is also extremely poor, and they do not help at all.

Extremely disappointing experience with Wakefit. I ordered two single seater Napper Plus sofas on 18th October with a promised delivery date of 3rd November. Since then, the delivery date has been changed multiple times, with no clear explanation and absolutely no accountability.
Customer support kept saying the issue was “escalated,” yet nothing actually happened. Then, nearly a month after placing the order, I was suddenly told that the order was on hold for “size confirmation.” This makes no sense at all — the size was clearly selected at purchase time.
To make things worse, I was incorrectly informed that I ordered three units instead of two, which shows a serious lack of attention to detail and internal coordination.
The new delivery date given is now 23rd November, which is far beyond the original commitment. This entire situation has caused a lot of stress and inconvenience, as we have been waiting endlessly without any clarity.
Wakefit needs to seriously improve its operations, communication, and reliability. This has been one of the worst purchase experiences I’ve had, and I would urge others to be cautious before ordering.

Worst after sales service ever received from any brand, bought chair back 2 years and after an year or so tyres of chair was not working properly, raised concern with wakefit they agreed to replace the full product and arranged for pickup, after multiple attempts logistic patner came on 2 wheller to pick and clicks picture to arrange for 4 wheeler and never comes back, then 4 wheelers come one day and say you don't have packing material so they can't pick , riased the concern with wakefit and they provided me with material which is used for mattress, same process followed by the logistics , now they said packing material is not correct and they cannot pick,after this same raised with wakefit and till now, no update from them, neither they provide their seniors point of contact nor can do anything, simple pre templates allow us 24-48 hrs and after 48hrs I recieve and update that your request has been cancelled, this is 100th time I have received the same update

I have ordered 3 seater sofa ...Delivery was 15 days late...but After recieving delivery Sofa was without legs...They assured us that legs will be provide in next day..but last 20 days had gone..complaining from one person to another ..mailing them ..sending pics..videos of sofa....still every one is lying ..No legs still recieved..At showroom they are bussy in taking orders from new customers but After taking full payment..they make u suffer very badly..

Terrible Experience of Ordering WAKEFIT Mattress on Flipkart
Do not take the risk of ordering this mattress and if you do, do not prepay it. Flipkart says that the delivery of the mattress is directly handled by Wakefit. On flipkart after two days of ordering the mattress will be shown to be as despatched. But when you call wakefit 2 days after the expected delivery date or 15 days after ordering, they will tell you that the order is still not despatched and will take another *50 DAYS* to be delivered. Considering the extended delivery if you cancel the order, flipkart will tell you that the mattress which was never shipped is going back to there warehouse and thus the refund will take another 14 days. So your money gets stuck for over a month and you dont get any service as flipkart cannot talk with vendor and vendor cannot talk with flipkart.
Pathetic service
My first order with Wakefit a year back was a smooth experience. The second time i ordered in Sept, i had a promised delivery date of 16th Sept 2025. However never received the three products i had ordered. After repeated follow ups with the customer service team, the experience was so annoying, since they met zero commitments, no follow ups with the delivery agent or updates to me. After a delay of 20 days, i had received 2 products out of the three. I had repeatedly requested for a order cancellation and refund, however was refused for this as well saying that the product needed to reach back to their warehouse. Again after repeated failed commitments, i finally received a call from them approx 8th Oct saying the third product returned to them and that they are issuing a refund.
The experience was so pathetic that i will never think of placing an order again with wakefit nor would i recommend.

Extremely disappointed with Wakefit’s overall service experience. From the beginning, their support team has been unprofessional, unresponsive, and completely careless about customer satisfaction.
My installation kept getting delayed — the technician (Ravinder Singh) kept changing dates, giving false promises, and wasting my entire day. Even after multiple emails, chats, and calls, no one from Wakefit took responsibility or gave a proper solution. The grievance team only sends automated replies with no real action.
I had trusted Wakefit because of its brand name, but the reality is completely different. The customer service team doesn’t even know how to talk to customers politely, and the whole process is full of confusion and delay. After waiting for days, I finally had to cancel my order and demand a refund.
Very poor service, false commitments, and no professionalism — I would not recommend Wakefit to anyone. Think twice before ordering from them.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the delays and miscommunication I’ve experienced with my recent orders. Unfortunately, the process has been quite frustrating due to the following issues:
Misalignment Between Systems and Agents
There appears to be a significant disconnect between your agents, WhatsApp system-generated messages, and your CRM/ERP systems. The data refresh or sync seems delayed, causing confusion and inconvenience for customers.
I had ordered a 6-seater dining table and a queen-size bed, and as per the assurance from your agent, the delivery was scheduled for 28th September. Based on this commitment, I proceeded with the purchase. However, the WhatsApp messages did not reflect this date, and to my surprise, I received a message on the night of the 27th stating the delivery would happen on the 29th.
This caused unnecessary chaos, and I had to reach out to customer care and re-explain the entire situation.
False Delivery Commitments
I also ordered a sofa, with a clear request to have it delivered on or before 2nd October. Your agent assured me it would be delivered by 30th September, which influenced my decision to purchase. Now, I’ve been informed of a manufacturing issue, and the new delivery date is on or before 14th October, which is unacceptable.
Every purchase is made with a purpose and timeline in mind. If the product cannot be delivered within the agreed timeframe, it defeats the purpose of the purchase.

Bought a Wakefit Gravita chair and it was defective with multiple issues.
When I raised the issue, every time they say that they would get back to me in 24-48 hours but no one calls back. After several complains, I was told after 10 days is that the product bend is acceptable and that they wont provide any replacement.
They didn't even address the other issues.
Please dont ever buy any product from this company

I purchased a sofa from Wakefit in July 2025, which arrived damaged. Despite repeated commitments, no replacement was delivered, and my queries were ignored for over two months.
Only after I lodged a consumer court grievance did their escalation team finally respond. One representative assured me of a replacement by early October, but later informed me that only a refund would be given. When I asked for compensation for the delay and harassment, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. This reflects poor service, false commitments, and lack of accountability. Customers should be cautious before purchasing.
Company is fraud
This company has found a new way to make money. Supply half order. Then cancle the other half and then raise the price so that the customer pays more for the same product. As you cannot have two different types of sofa in your house so you have to pay more.
