Concerns Regarding Delivery Delays and Miscommunication

Dear Wakefit Team,

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the delays and miscommunication I’ve experienced with my recent orders. Unfortunately, the process has been quite frustrating due to the following issues:

Misalignment Between Systems and Agents
There appears to be a significant disconnect between your agents, WhatsApp system-generated messages, and your CRM/ERP systems. The data refresh or sync seems delayed, causing confusion and inconvenience for customers.
I had ordered a 6-seater dining table and a queen-size bed, and as per the assurance from your agent, the delivery was scheduled for 28th September. Based on this commitment, I proceeded with the purchase. However, the WhatsApp messages did not reflect this date, and to my surprise, I received a message on the night of the 27th stating the delivery would happen on the 29th.
This caused unnecessary chaos, and I had to reach out to customer care and re-explain the entire situation.

False Delivery Commitments
I also ordered a sofa, with a clear request to have it delivered on or before 2nd October. Your agent assured me it would be delivered by 30th September, which influenced my decision to purchase. Now, I’ve been informed of a manufacturing issue, and the new delivery date is on or before 14th October, which is unacceptable.
Every purchase is made with a purpose and timeline in mind. If the product cannot be delivered within the agreed timeframe, it defeats the purpose of the purchase.

No replacement for defective product.

Bought a Wakefit Gravita chair and it was defective with multiple issues.
When I raised the issue, every time they say that they would get back to me in 24-48 hours but no one calls back. After several complains, I was told after 10 days is that the product bend is acceptable and that they wont provide any replacement.
They didn't even address the other issues.
Please dont ever buy any product from this company

poor service, false commitments, and lack of accountability

I purchased a sofa from Wakefit in July 2025, which arrived damaged. Despite repeated commitments, no replacement was delivered, and my queries were ignored for over two months.
Only after I lodged a consumer court grievance did their escalation team finally respond. One representative assured me of a replacement by early October, but later informed me that only a refund would be given. When I asked for compensation for the delay and harassment, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. This reflects poor service, false commitments, and lack of accountability. Customers should be cautious before purchasing.

Company is fraud

This company has found a new way to make money. Supply half order. Then cancle the other half and then raise the price so that the customer pays more for the same product. As you cannot have two different types of sofa in your house so you have to pay more.

I ordered 6 mattresses from your…

I ordered 6 mattresses from your website on 18/19 of September and now you have major discounts and you are not giving us the difference amount back. So unprofessional. Your executives have been hanging up on us, not providing solutions I've spoken to 25+ executives with no solution, only promising call backs amd hanging up in middle conversation. Imetehaaz one of the many executives who promised to help, put the call on hold after 40minutes of explaining the problem just hung up.

Worst Service

Extremely disappointed with the service and customer support from Wakefit.
Super waste of time and effort trying to get any resolution.
At this point, I strongly feel it’s not worth buying any products from Wakefit.

Please dont buy wakefit foam bed

I purchased the foam bed during the winter season and initially did not notice any issues. However, over time I have experienced significant heating problems, which make it very uncomfortable to sleep on. Unfortunately, I realized this only after the 100-day trial period had ended. I am very disappointed, as this is not the comfort or quality I expected for a product meant to last many years. I strongly urge the company to address this issue and provide a suitable solution or exchange option, as I would not want other customers to face the same issue

Wake fit furniture

My oder for Wakefit Lumar 3+2 sofa set was on 7th August, 2025 through Amazon and paid the amount. Expected date of delivery was on 24th, August 2025. I removed my old furniture and the order was unilaterally cancelled from their end on 25th August stating ridiculous reasons that the address was not deliverable, where as a school bus comes to my door steps daily and the address was deliverable as checked in their website also using pincode. I even received 2 king size wakefit mattresses at the same address, though delayed. Well, The company did not bother bother to call me before cancellation.
When called their customer care they told me that the order was cancelled due to operational reasons, which is against the reason mentioned as above for cancellation.
Another time, the same customer care told me that the product is out of stock, whereas the same product is very much available for sale in their website. How ever the money was kept with them for about 18 days, and they realised after so many days they that the address is not deliverable, specific stock is out of stock and other operational reasons. My mails to support team are uncared for, and when called their customer care number, the best resolution I get is SORRY,, for my monetary loss owing to the cancellation and for the inconvenience i faced.

Worst service... Waiting for my product more than 2 months! No one cares about delivering it. Such a worse experience ... And customer support team doesn't know anything .still am behind them and have no clarity on the delivery!

Very bad delivery service

Very bad delivery service. My old mother was troubled by the delivery people. The first time they refused to deliver. Second time they did not provide her any instructions. This is supposed be a modern customer service driven company. The old brick and mortar furniture companies are better, they atleast treat you well. Please do not buy from this company.

Great Brand Once, But No Longer Worth the Hassle

There was a time when Wakefit felt revolutionary and among the best in the market. Unfortunately, they seem to have completely lost track of what made them special. Today, they appear to be a brand struggling on all fronts — logistics, product quality, after-sales service, and even installation.

Merely opening more stores and launching more products is not enough to survive in today’s market. Reliability and timely service matter far more, and I would rather pay a little extra to a competitor who can deliver that experience than go through the painful process Wakefit puts its customers through.

In my opinion, Wakefit should have focused on perfecting their core mattress business rather than trying to expand into areas they clearly cannot handle. If things continue this way, they risk becoming just another cautionary tale of a brand that grew too fast and lost its way.

I purchased a bed, it came with missing parts. They said it will be taken care of in 24-48 hours and I have heard this excuse from them every day for the last 10 days and we have no resolution. WE've already paid for the bed and since its delivered with missing parts....they raise a ticket and ask us to wait 24-48 hours for the rest of our lives. And now I realized there is no return policy as well. Oh wait you can "replace" it but that will take another 24-48 hours which will never come.

Avoid at all costs.

Every single person on the customer support is trained to dodge these kind of concerns and so there will never be a resolution.

Extremely Poor Customer Experience & Order Fulfillment

I had one of the worst shopping experiences with Wakefit. I placed my order back on 13th of June, and to this day, am still waiting to receive the correct and complete product.

First, the initial delivery was wrong, and when I finally received a replacement after constant follow-ups, it was incomplete with one pair of pillows missing. Since August 8th, I have been trying to get this resolved through countless calls, emails, and requests for a call-back. Every time I manage to speak to an agent, I am told that a resolution manager will call me back-but I have never once received that promised call.

This is not just a delay-it is a complete failure of customer service and order fulfillment. Wakefit's team has shown no accountability, no urgency, and no respect for their customers' time and money.

After waiting over two months, all I have faced is silence, frustration, broken promises, and wasted effort. For a company that claims to focus on customer satisfaction, this is absolutely unacceptable.

I would strongly advise anyone considering Wakefit to think twice before placing an order-you may end up stuck in a similar nightmare of wrong deliveries, missing items, false assurances, and zero support...

The replacement process with Wakefit…

The replacement process with Wakefit has been a nightmare. It has been over 2 months since I initiated the replacement, and every single day I receive the same automated mail saying ‘your replacement is out for delivery’ — but no one ever calls or delivers. Despite making constant calls and raising multiple complaints, absolutely no action has been taken from Wakefit’s end. Extremely disappointing experience.

Pathetic service

Dear Wakefit Team,

This email is regarding my order Wakefit Antho King Size Hydraulic Upholstered Bed (Order No: ORDER202508hLXtt7).

As you are aware, the delivery was originally scheduled for 18th August 2025. I am writing this on the 23rd August 2025, which means the order is already 5–6 days delayed. Despite my repeated follow-ups even before the scheduled date, no one from your team took any proactive action to ensure timely delivery.

On 21st August, after several calls, emails, and tweets, I finally received a response stating that “the order will be docketed within the next 48 hours.” However, even after that period, I only received a call from a representative whose behavior was arrogant, irresponsible, and dismissive. He was not interested in listening to my concerns and instead kept giving meaningless explanations.

This entire experience has left me feeling cheated and mentally harassed. For every escalation, all I receive from Wakefit are copy-paste replies like “we will come back to you in 24–48 hours”. To me, it seems 48 hours for Wakefit is treated as 48 seconds—no urgency, no accountability, and no real action.

It is extremely disappointing that your calling team, case managers, mailing team, and even social media team are all providing nothing but false assurances without resolving the matter. I have never experienced such pathetic customer service from any reputed brand.

I demand:

A clear and specific delivery date with proof that the product is dispatched.

An immediate explanation for the repeated delays and mismanagement.

Accountability from a responsible person (not generic 24–48 hour replies).

Please treat this as an urgent escalation. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will be left with no option but to explore other avenues for resolution.

Please don't buy ANYTHING from these people. I purchased a convertible couch on Amazon and it came broken. Even though Amazon's policy clearly states return shipping for defective products was covered, this seller fought tooth and nail to get me to pay return shipping with NO guarantee they would refund my $300. Needless to say, I was ripped off even after trying to reason with this seller. This is not an isolated case, look at their reviews. Unfortunately this is common in the furniture business. These companies rip a bunch of people off, claim bankruptcy and open back up under another name. Stick with the big furniture names, pay a little more and don't be just another chump.

Unprofessional and unorganised dealings

Every delivery product was delayed, installation person was novice and I'll behaved. Some product got on hold without any reason. After repeated reminders the delivery date was send without any update about delivery. Very difficult to reach customer care to get problems resolved after full payment had to face harrassment and unnecessary delays.
