Can’t fault the customer service from Jessica. We have changed our hotels & then our dates because of family commitments & Jessica has been extremely helpful. Nothing has been a bother to her. Love that we also got two free excursions. Haven’t been on our trip to Thailand yet but if the customer service we have received so far is anything to go by it will be a holiday to remember! 🇹🇭

Saw the company advertising on Facebook. My first contact was Jeramy who was absolutely brilliant from the start, even though i requested a few changes. I was fully reassured throughout the whole process, i am so delighted with my upcoming holiday.

ZAC was extremely helpful and helped secure a package that was right for us. The original request was changed a few times at my request without any fuss and Zac took the time to alert us to a potential problem with a warning from the govt not to travel something we wouldn't have noticed ourself.
