Order contained a strap that was flawed. Support at Wards was fast. I dig the duffels and hat, looks,quality, good. Would buy here again.

The website made it very easy to order what I desired. The shipping was faster than I expected, and that's always a good surprise. The quality of the product is excellent as usual, and I'm glad I got more than one bag this time, in different sizes and colors.

First off I really thought this was a scam because it took so long for me to hear anything about my order but once I emailed them they were quick to respond, but it still was taking a long time for me to receive my orders and then I started reading the reviews and a few of them had me worried about the quality, but the very next day it came and I was completely overwhelmed with joy at seeing the quality and how they were all delivered with a lovely cover bag individually!
In fact I loved it so much I’m about to order something from them right now!💯💯💯

I’ve been awaiting a top leather backpack for decades. Now, completing a 8650 mile road trip around the USA, I awarded myself the best one available from Ward Leather. At eighty years old, this will probably be handed down to one of my four children. I’m glad to give them the best.

I first purchased the Callahan Premium Leather Travel Duffel Bag and when I received my Bag I was delighted the smell of leather and the appearance blowed me away when I checked the travel bag out I would recommend the travel bag I purchased to anyone you won’t be disappointed I know i’am pleased with my purchase my second order was the Ben Slim RFID leather Wallet in Brown I made a mistake and put dark brown but I called and they changed to brown for me and had no problem what so ever these two items I will have for the rest of my life then onto someone else and I hope they enjoy as much as I have so far if you want to order I would advise you do like the commercial saids once they are gone there won’t be no more Thank You Ward Leathergoods.

This place is a total scam. They advertise hand made leather products and they deliver cheap mass produced imitation leather products. They will then offer you 20% off when you complain, then 30%, then 40%. To get your money back you have to pay shipping back to China! If it seems to good to be true it’s probably to good to be true.

It’s true that they have now offered to give me a 45% discount or I can return it to an address in China. They have NOT provided me with any address in Illinois. There apologies are not sincere. They absolutely know that what they are selling is not a handcrafted leather product. I am still trying to get my money back.

Furthermore being that they have already lied to me once I have no reason to believe that they would follow through with the refund if I did agree to send them back to China.

I am a retired airline employee. I wanted a classic look not a camping mode when I travel. I was so happy with my Ward’s leather backpack I ordered 3 more for my 3 sons. I am having theirs monogrammed with DRJ since they all 3 share the same initials. When they travel they will remember this classic leather gift from Dad. Looking for a feminine look for my daughter and granddaughter ❣️

I had taken it for granted that this was an American company. Then after I ordered I found out that it was overseas, the delivery wait was long. Too long. The quality of the bag is excellent.

The craftsmanship is simply beautiful and well put together. I can definitively see this backpack lasting a long time

Beautiful briefcase bags. Lifetime treasure. I’ve carried a similar leather bag for 25 years. When my son graduated from college, I got him a similar one that I actually liked better. He’s carried it for over 10 years now every day. He and I both get compliments daily when we show up for meetings.

I purchased a Lennox hand made leather bag from Wards . I got a machine made pvc bag . I went on line to Wards but as yet I have no answer to my complaint . I have asked for a total refund of £94.00 . I have told them I am happy to return there bag if they provide a pre paid postage return label . I am also going to talk to Apple Pay and my bank about claim the money back .

I am extremely satisfied with product and customer service. They kept me informed throughout delivery with any questions I had. Love the bag quality and met expectations as advertised
