Not really sure what to think for the price. I don’t think I got ripped off, but I was expecting better on the website leads you to believe you’re getting a full handcrafted leather bag experience which this is not but like I said for the price, I don’t think I got hurt

this company is a scam. Please do not buy this product is not leather is pleather. They want to offer me a 20% discount of what I paid for instead of give me a full refund then they want me to return it back to China scam scam scam

My first purchased the 2 ball caps Love them made with quality stitching and beautiful leather. I would recommend them to anybody. Now I'll purchase a duffel bag and a backpack.

I decided to take a chance and order the backpack from an unknown company. To my surprise, I was thoroughly impressed with the workmanship of the item. The leather is rich and durable, and the zippers are securely attached. The backpack has numerous pockets on the outside, as well as some well-organized pockets and inserts.

Going to make wonderful Christmas presents!

Very nice backpack.
Looks great, although the design of the straps is a little awkward, not sure what it is, just feels different than other backpacks.

The product is spectacular. Purchased it early October. I would recommend it to anyone.

I got what I wanted. It took two weeks for delivery but I expected that. Good metal zippers. Time will tell how good the leather is, it smells right and feels soft. I’m happy.

I’m loving my wallet and winter leather gloves. I held the items to my nose, and I remember what my father would say about genuine leather, for he worked in tanning companies

Now that this company has refunded me the cost of the bag they sent, I feel obliged to update my review. Other than the fact that they completely misrepresent their company and product, their customer support was friendly and eventually, after a fight, gave me my money back, hence the two stars.
What they won't do is refund me the cost of sending the bag to Zhejiang in China, their real location, which was about £30, more than I would have paid for their product in the first place had I known what it was really like.
Their slick website and adverts on Facebook etc portray a supposed master leather craftsman who is closing down and needs to sell his last few bags at sale prices. Please don't be fooled, this is a complete fabrication.
The item, when it arrived, was an awful brown plastic bag that, instead of the aroma of quality leather that I hoped for, stank of the thin plastic it was actually made from. The advertisement said it had been reduced from its normal price to a fraction of that, around £120. Still not a lot for a good quality leather bag that they advertised but horrendously overpriced for the actual bag they sell.
I wish I had read a truthful review before I spent my money but at least I eventually got it back.

The bag was described to be made of leather with decades of experience at a discount. Fell for that. The bag was fake leather, pleather. It was shown with a metal zipper that was plastic. It was shown as fully stitched at the seams. Mine had a strange zipper in either ends that made the bag flat. It was described with material lined but mine was a plastic, synthetic material. There was no brand name or tag in the bag. To return it had to be shipped internationally to China that cost more than what I paid for. A total scam

Though my order did take some time to arrive the large carry on bag was flawless however belts too small & shoulder bag as well. I contacted the the company and was offered a refund return shipping fee wasn’t cheap they did credit my account of 40% which seemed reasonable since they did take care of it & was also pretty prompt in replying to my email is why they received 5 stars

Love my leather back pack

Made a purchase. Very low-quality materials, not leather. Obviously from China (Chinese name on product and Chinese characters on packaging).
Gets shipped from some foreign destination then relabeled by someone California.
Don't be fooled.

The product material & workmenship is flawless. I ordered the wrong size and they are working with me on an exchange. If i had more money id get a black duffel bag, a hat, gloves & a 3xl coat.

The leather shoulder bag looks great! It's a great size....it holds everything i need when I fly. I love all the pockets . Great for organizing my travel needs.

SCAMMERS! All images on the site are stolen from elsewhere or AI generated. My husband ordered a leather cowboy hat and received a FELT COSTUME HAT. The other items received were NOT the ones pictured but were made out of leather...with knockoff Chinese tags. Husband contacted support asking for a full refund and they told him he'd have to cover the costs to return the items -- TO CHINA, which will cost us close to $100. This has been a NIGHTMARE experience and we are being ROBBED of our time, sanity, and money by this fraud.

My order date is September 4, 2025, and today is September 29th. I still have not received my purchase. I had contacted the company three times before I found out they had sent my purchase to California, but I live in Michigan. After apologizing for their error, they did not allow me to make any changes or cancel the purchase, but advised me that it may be at least 15 more days.

High quality leather. Bag was looked as it did on website. Very pleased with purchase. Durable and looks great. Highly recommend

I just received my Wards Leathergoods bag and to my enormous disappointment it's made from cheap, thin plastic and not the quality leather that they advertised and promised.
I have already emailed the company rejecting the item and requesting a refund. I'll update this review with news of how I get on.

Wards Leathergoods customer support are certainly prompt. I have received two emails offering a further discount on my purchase. I have rejected their offer and now have an address in China to send my unwanted bag.
The reasons for rejecting the bag are:
There isn’t one part of this bag made from actual leather.
Their website tells a story of handcrafted leather goods made from premium crafted materials and that this is a closing down sale. However the same 5 bags are left after I purchased mine 2 weeks ago.
I do not trust this company and the thin, machine made brown plastic bag is clearly not as they advertised.
