They do not do normal returns as we are all used to. I wouldn't recommend this company. If you need to return a part of the order prepare yourself for writing many emails and waiting for weeks to be served. Also prepare to be ignored. I have been waiting for instructions to send my return for ten days!
The blanket came without delivery notes and no return labels with them. One original package box was all ripped and jammed.

Blanket arrived quickly, well packed and looked good. Easy to put on the bed and warmed up very quickly. The only downside, we found the wires can be felt with only a sheet covering the blanket. A thicker fleece covering would make it perfect. Not a big problem but useful to know.

Delivered nicely on time and in good order. Our King Fitted Blanket was as described abd great quality.

Failed Blanket was replaced in a very efficient and helpful manner.

I have this warm blanket in a single size and was very pleased with it l need a new king size blanket for my bed. I have no reason to think this blanket will be any different when l put it on my bed when autumn approaches

Blanket purchased in preparation for next winter. Looks really good and comfortable with fleece top. Liked fact that it is a fitted blanket and heats whole of bed. Had been looking for blanket like this for a while and price was right.

My blanket has broken. Its just out of guarantee. I have only used the blanket for about 6 months. Not fit for purpose really. It looks brand new but not working. Don't think I would buy another one of this brand.

The cable on my heated throw broke so I emailed to see if I could get a spare. Very quick response including a link to the part I needed. Honestly very pleased with the whole process. And my heated throw is working well.
