Decent price -- excellent heated blanket! Delivery was prompt, as well. As it is fitted, with a deep apron, it's simplicity itself to fit, and will warm the cockles of your heart during this winter.

Bought one of this companies blankets from Amazon, it has a faulty control system which I emailed them about, they pointed me in the direction of Amazon which I did, who pointed me in the direction of the manufacturers website who again pointed me towards Amazon…after a cycle of this over and over I give up. I’ll never use this company again. Poor quality and even poorer customer service.

Fast delivery and an easy to use product, absolutely fab. My partner bought me one for Christmas and I recommended it to my mum so I ordered her one. She loves it too.

DANGEROUS EVEN SPOKEN TO TRADING STANDARD I HAVE BOUGHT 3 WARMER ELECTRIC HEAT PADS THIS LAST 12 MONTHS , ALL STOPPED WORKING , BUY ANOTHER 1 AS I HAVE SERIOUSLY BAD SCIATICA 24 7 , AND THIS 1 ACTUALLY BLEW UP , I PLUGGED IT IN SWITCHED ITT ON BRAND NEW AND THE PLUG BLEW UP SPAKS FLEW OUT AND IT MELTED THE PLUG TO ME EXTENTION LEAD , I HAVE ENAILED COMPANY WHO SEEMS TO BE IGNORING ME AND OWE ME MONEY AVOID THIS DANGEROUS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

It's a good blanket but it's not perfect.
Areas for improvement?
Make the leads longer for more flexibility in where the controller is sited.
Make the controls simpler. Two rotary switches: one each feet and body; off and three or four heat settings. Nothing more. No 'auto' settings, no timers. Maybe offer all the bells and whistles as an upgrade? (For those who want them.)

Love my fitted electric blanket. Love being warm and cosy on a blanket that doesn't move or crumple under me. It ticks all the right boxes on a frosty winters night. Terrific blanket at a terrific price! What's not to love about this purchase?

The blanket works, heats the bed and fits the bed well. The controllers are very annoying there are 4 buttons, the is an auto set but you can't adjust this setting and save it to your preference. The body and feet are seperate buttons and it doesn't save the last way you had it set. The timer is the same. Customer service response was bare minimum. I won't be getting this blanket again due to the above. If the controller was more to my needs I'd be happy with the blanket.

I ordered a particular electric blanket but was sent the wrong one (now returned). However my complaint was dealt with very efficiently and the correct blanket was received the next day.

Because I ordered two blankets early December and as yet I have not received them,they cost me £60s,please could you tell me if at any time these items will be sent to me

This electric blanket is just what I’d hoped for: it works, has a simple control panel, and appears very well made. It’s a warm rug without the elements, but turned on it is utterly cosy. The color, (I chose the red) is rich and plush, and most importantly the colour goes over the edge of the blanket. You can vaguely see it’s a wired blanket, just enough to remind you but not spoil the look.

Electric blanket stopped working two weeks after the year warranty ended.
Replaced the controller but failed again.
I cannot recommend Warmer

The blanket was with us within 48 hours of ordering. It is high quality and I love the fact that it is fitted to the bed with a skirt and not straps.

The generous proportions and well fitting skirt for a deep mattress are excellent. Once switched off it seems to stay warm longer than our previous blanket.

Top quality product Great value for money. I would highly recommend
