Very happy with the way the work was handled, we were kept informed throughout, the plumbers arrived promptly and the central heating system was installed in a day. Carpets were refitted the following day. Our thanks to everyone involved, all very friendly and professional

Only problem was some of the radatiors needed changed. This was done in an orderly manor.
Happy with the work couple of issues but got sorted
Everything went quickly after my application, communication from warmworks was good they were always happy to help if they could when I called up. A couple things let it down, one being when my heating system qnd new boiler got installed, the pressure dropped the night it got installed. I waited until saturday morning and called the emergency line as I had no heating/hot water with a 1 year old in the house.. never got any answer and was prompted to leave a message. I was eventually contacted on Sunday about my issue and someone was sent out on Monday to fix the problem (it was a leak from the pipe under the floorboards). I just found it frustrating having to call an emergency out of hours line to not get through... however when they did contact me it was sorted fast. The other problem was the carpet fitter telling me he would be out to put the carpets back properly. I was working this day so my mum waited in for him the whole day to not show up, I phoned warmworks for them to try and get a hold of him and they weren't able to, I wouldn't say its there fault as I think the carpet fitters are third party and was told they work of there own schedule but it wasnt great getting someone to sit in the whole day for them to no show, and I couldn't put my little girls room back together until the carpets were sorted so had to have her sleep in my room until he came out.

All pleasant and polite . Place was left tidy and the carpet fitter did a very good job too. I’m very grateful for the standard of work and feel the difference with the new system. Warmworks.co.uk carried out my entitlement to the goverment scheme of a new boiler , I did have issues re their installer manager re the flu they fitted, it was straight under my airvents to house and the installers used silicone to block my airvents re emissions from flu ,i got no where with their manager of installers at time re that practice , i said i had spoken to GasSafe of my concerns,reported this to Warmworks as to why I was unhappy at flu as I'd experienced the same issue years ago and the boiler n flu was condemned, as we were getting emissions and carbon monoxide coming into home through airvents,I told the installer manager of this but he insisted it was standard and he'd used the silicone and flu sizes for installations for last 20years,i said i was getting Gas Safe involved re the flu safety due to previous experience ,Gas safe came out inspected the boiler and found the flu was needing brought up to standard and made safe , they made a report to wWarmworks and myself of their findings re flu not up to standard, Warmworks Manager was not happy to hear this issue i was having and apologised sincerely for all the upset caused got onto their installers manager he did come out to remove silicone as requested but not lengthen flu past airvents of house, the manager for installment would not be moved on the flu not going beyond my air vents directly above the flu ,or my concern using silicone to cover the air vents, i let Warmworks know again I was involving Gas Safe , Gas Safe came to inspect the work, gas safe gave report to me and Warmworks installers it was not up to standard , and myself informed Warmworks office Manager , which I was met with politeness and interest in getting this sorted Warmworks contacted their installer manager all was sorted with an apology from their manager and i assume lesson learned to his practise in this government work they won the contract for to be made up to standard so glad this was put right as no one could tell me how long the silicone would protect the emissions seeping back into my house??.
Gas Safe also found on their inspection my gas meter wasn't up to standard , informed me that my gas energy provider would be sent a report to bring gas meter up to standard though the were not the original meter provider they would bring it up.to standard , that was also sorted quite quickly, thanks to Gas Safe inspection ,I believe Warmworks was very interested in getting the flu sorted and I was satisfied in the outcome of their installers Manager himself bringing the flu up to standard removing the silicone too and apology for any upset caused which I accepted as i felt he'd learned something ,in all fairness Warmworks and Installer Manager resolved all issues and I am HAPPY with my lovely new boiler and servicescompleted ,5 stars id say
