The service I received from start till finish, was excellent. The advisor who processed my application, The assessor who approved it, The gas fitters and the carpet fitter I give 10/10. They were all respectful, professional and helpful. Full marks from start till finish.

Warmworks provided an excellent service from start to finish. Communication throughout the whole process was fantastic. If I was unable to answer a call, they would always leave a text message with a name and direct number rather than just a generic call centre number, which made things much more personal and reassuring.

Everything was explained clearly and in an easy-to-understand manner. Nothing ever felt forced, and any questions I had were answered quickly, giving real peace of mind no matter your age or level of understanding.

All contractors involved in my central heating installation arrived on time for each stage of the work. They made very little mess, cleaned up the large majority afterwards, and the work was far less invasive in my home than I had expected. No damage was caused or left behind.

Once the work was completed, a very thorough inspection was carried out — and I really do mean thorough! I was left feeling confident in how everything worked and reassured that everything had been completed to an excellent standard.

Thank you to Warmworks and all the contractors who made up the team. I would happily recommend them.

At first we were told by engineer that the other had phoned in sick which was out of his control he kept us updated at all times to what was happening, about half past 11am the second engineer arrived because work was held up with this situation we were unable to get into our till almost 9 pm but the work that was carried out was to the highest of standards and we were delighted with the finished job and also place was left very tidy. With job being held up on the wed carpet fitter could not come back till next day and builder to finish outside returned early Friday to finish inside cupboard and outside pipe.
Over all we were very happy with everything that was carried out from start to inspection of insulation

Only problem was some of the radatiors needed changed. This was done in an orderly manor.

Everything went quickly after my application, communication from warmworks was good they were always happy to help if they could when I called up. A couple things let it down, one being when my heating system qnd new boiler got installed, the pressure dropped the night it got installed. I waited until saturday morning and called the emergency line as I had no heating/hot water with a 1 year old in the house.. never got any answer and was prompted to leave a message. I was eventually contacted on Sunday about my issue and someone was sent out on Monday to fix the problem (it was a leak from the pipe under the floorboards). I just found it frustrating having to call an emergency out of hours line to not get through... however when they did contact me it was sorted fast. The other problem was the carpet fitter telling me he would be out to put the carpets back properly. I was working this day so my mum waited in for him the whole day to not show up, I phoned warmworks for them to try and get a hold of him and they weren't able to, I wouldn't say its there fault as I think the carpet fitters are third party and was told they work of there own schedule but it wasnt great getting someone to sit in the whole day for them to no show, and I couldn't put my little girls room back together until the carpets were sorted so had to have her sleep in my room until he came out.

Everything was organised and works undertaken efficiently and to a high standard. Inspection after works were completed was very thorough and helpful.

I had excellent service from beginning to end from the girls on the phone inspectors.engineers.absaloutly everyone can't praise the company enough.the have restored my faith in humanity thank you.
