We were founded in 2015 as a joint venture partnership between Energy Saving Trust, Changeworks and Sureserve.
Since then, we have supported more than 50,000 households through our work across the UK.
We have continued to expand our work, taking on new contracts and building our presence across the UK. We now have more than 180 members of staff based at our offices in Edinburgh, Newcastle, Kirkwall, London and Stornoway.

Engaged variety of contractors. Several did damage to property. Resolution still incomplete 2 years later.

Everything that was arranged to install heaters, solar panels and battery, smart air brick vents and hot water system and tank.
Omega and PWB were very professional and tidied up at each stage over the three days they were there. Any issues were put right speedily. No complaints!

Great Service
Everything went extremely well from start to finish with no problems. The tradesmen were knowledgeable and friendly and went about their work with minimum fuss and the ladies in the office let us know exactly what was happening and when.
The quality of work and materials is very high and we are very happy with the results.
