Had a call from a lovely lady called Ilsa to update my warranty, she was very nice and answered all my question, she had to repeat herself a few times befor I agreed and didnt get frustrated she maintain calm and professional manner throughout

Lisa was very helpful and informative with regards to the service plan and also helped with the paperwork for the extended warranty. Top customer service.
