The product does what it says, only thing I would like to see in the future is notches in the vertical rod for the exact angle of sharpness

The knife sharpener is awesome only thing is not sure how long the stones will last as I have only just sharpened the knives once and they are quite worn. Other than that brilliant.

The product is high quality, but I'm having trouble getting different blades sharp. Do they have some good video to recommend for different shape blades and technique. Thanks Buddy

Everything seems as represented. But the stones are going away very fast after only sharpening 5 knives

Sharpened knives ok, but the plastic pad (part of the table clamp) is too soft, allowing the whole assembly to rotate while you are trying to sharpen the knife. Screwing the clamp as tightly as possible doesn't help much.

Product is great, shipping took about a month and some change though.

Albeit the shipping time was a bit longer than expected,, the quality, fit and function of the knives is excellent.

I was tired of the results I got from the standard sharpeners and pleased with the results from your product. Fast, easy, sharp!

I like the product very well. The instructions that came with it, not so much. For example, when do I use the various stones from coarse to fine?
A video explanation would be wonderful.

Hands down the best sharpener in existence.

Product took much longer to be delivered than expected. As for use, my first try at sharpening my Zwilling Pro knives did not give me the results I was expecting, even though I spent a lot of time doing it. Watched several YouTube videos for technique and guidance since printed material in the package was weak, at best. Material should have a link to a tutorial to help set up and use properly with helpful suggestions on how to get the perfect sharp blade. To have to search on my own to find something helpful should come from the manufacturer. I will continue to search on my own for additional guidance on how to get a sharper knife.

Have tried different knife sharpeners,but this one is the best. Having the blade in a fixed position and a adjustable sharpening angle made this so much easier to use over various types of blades.I did notice that 120 grit and 320 had hair line fractures in stone’s, did not notice till after I used them.

THE ACTUAL INSTRUCTIONS IN THE BOX WERE VAGUE AS TO ACTUALLY USE THE DEVICE

My family purchased the Iki Ruixin Pro for me as a gift. I put it all together and used it once. It started to fall apart. The set screws do not hold and the stone wears out very quickly. For a Germany engineered product they should be ashamed. The product is very poor made. The company is not that help in accept returns they try to deter you from returning it. If you live in the USA don't buy this product the return shipping cost are as much as the product cost. JUST DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT !!! There are many other great knife sharpening companies out there. Do your research first

I had previously bought a Kimbo knife sharpener which was less than impressive. It’s clamping design did not hold filleting knives securely. You could not sharpen the filleting knives at a low angle because of the plastic clamping knob got in the way. The Wasabi’s knife blade screw clamping is much better and the bench clamp is far better than the suction cup on the Kimbo.
Very happy with Wasabi knife sharpening kit.

Made a noticeable difference in the sharpness of my knives! ( tried other options and wasn't happy )
