I like the concept of how the sharpner works. I just have not found yet how long I must sharpen to get there. I have done sessions with 15 strokes on each side twice. Then followed with a few on each side to remove any burring.

Scared for a minute, but now i love sharpening my blades with it.

Knife is wonderful, sharpener not so much

first time using it, after getting it set up it worked well. sharped 4 steak knives that were really dull, now they cut like butter.

Long delivery time --almost 2 weeks.

The unit attaches to the granite countertop OK, but it is not as rigid/stationary in use as I expected. Too much play at the base as the stone is passed over the knife edge. A better gripping pad and fixed flat reference edge against the mounting surface would be beneficial.

Also, I wish the diamond stones were a replacement/upgrade option for the whetstones. I have both but only need the the diamond.

Great set up and product! But my S22 Ultra phone too big to set the proper angle with :(

I did find it somewhat difficult at first to understand how to put it together, but when I did and then used it great. I now have sharp knives for the first time in many years. Thankyou

Sharp and light as hell. Feels great in hand and looks awesome in person. Would definitely recommend.

Love the knives!! and have yet to give the sharpening system a try - not sure if you have knife guards available but going to look - or look around to help protect the investment
