Excellent trouble - free service that helps to keep my business running.

Very impressed with the website and amount of relevant information available about the service and what to expect. Streets ahead of the competition. Drivers are always very friendly and service is prompt and reliable.

Bin is always collected on scheduled day have had no issues super friendly and helpful customer service. Appreciate the email reminder night before bin collection.

Polite staff, easy to use system

First of all and very important to a small business was their competitive price. As we all do, we always are sceptical about a cheap price thinking there must be a catch along the line somewhere.
But no, these ppl are legitimately a great company to deal with. Very professional.

We are happy with their service. Recently, we forgot the bin to leave outside, driver get himself to take out the bin . Really appreciated. Thank you

Very thorough and easy to deal with. Excellent communication and reminders about service days!

Efficient service and very helpful staff.

Very punctual, and friendly service.

Waster have been a pleasure to deal with. They replied promptly to my emails from my first contact to when I received my bin. They send reminders on bin day, which is very helpful as I do forget. Their service has exceeded my expectation. Thankyou team at Waster.

Absolutely phenomenal service!
The staff are ultra responsive and just sort things super quickly regardless of what we require!
In an ideal world this would be the standard, but as somebody who had utilised five different similar service providers over the seven years before I became a Waster client I can absolutely guarantee that the efforts, human politeness, speed and overall efficiency of Waster’s staff is atypical and waaaaay above and beyond what most people experience.
Always makes me chuckle when I see the look on other people’s faces after the 1100ltr bin is full and I tell them “No stress, gimme a sec and I’ll get them to add an extra pickup”
Absolutely love your biz! Thank you so much for making things simple and 10,000% reliable!

The service I received from Waster was great. Plenty of communication re the process and progress. This was appreciated and all my concerns were professionally answered in a timely manner. Fully recommend for confidential waste destruction. The pick up driver (front door service) was excellent. Thanks Benjo. Bob at Bribie Island
