Bought a watch which the vendor had already sold. Then had to be told to wait upto 10 days for a refund on my buyers premium. Very quick to take money and slow to refund it. Poor service start to finish. Greedy commission hungry staff. Buyers beware.... they did offer me a buyers fee reduction... this was quoted 5% of the buyers fee.... probably the equivalent to around 30 to 40 pounds. As I said greedy commission hungry staff

As soon as the auction ended on my watch i received the full money within hours. Could not recommend highly enough.

Straightforward enough bidding process and I was kept up to date with higher bids etc, so no complaints there. However, I was naïve in thinking that Watch Collecting would take payment for the watch and assist with shipping. None of this is taken care of despite the quite hefty commission fee paid. As I say, this was my mistake for not reading terms etc fully, but it's 4 days after I won the watch and shipping is still being arranged via couriers with the private seller. In summary, yes, it is easy to buy, but be prepared to put in quite a bit of work afterwards to get your watch if you don't live close to the seller.

Great auction platform and experience! As a buyer in the States with a seller in the UK, I was a little cautious, but the transaction went off without a hitch. Their terms are made very clear, the seller was a true gentleman and the timepiece exceeded my expectations.
