Wow! Do NOT have any hesitation whatsoever in dealing with this company. What an amazing team!
Our original contact with Greens Water Systems was due to a faulty Quooker purchased many years ago. A wonderful gentleman (Dave at Hull office) was extremely helpful but also tactfully advised re a water softener following which he visited our home to chat it through.
The rest is history - we ordered a new Quooker plus a water softener system. And oh my word ! The difference in having lived in our home for over 30 years with extremely hard water to go to baby soft water is sensational! SO easy to top up with salt too! The staff are absolutely amazing - SO efficient friendly polite and helpful (Dillon, Lee and Jake - you are the best!).
First time at Reevesy Country Show 2.8.26 and wonderful to meet Jeremy Manager Director who had made the effort to set up and run an amazing stand representing Greens.
Finally the girls at the Lincoln office - Claire and Chelsea - are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble - so knowledgeable friendly and great Ambassadors for the company

Recently moved home and inherited a water softener and filter. I was told it was from Greens. I therefore went to see them and spoke with Jeremy, he was extremely helpful and stated he would do a courtesy visit to explain it all to me, which he did. Very helpful explaining they could do a service on it and change filters. Explained all about the system and tested the water. Extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend, even just for a chat to if it is something your thinking of. I can actually drink the water from my tap.

My tablet salt order arrived promptly, and the delivery person asked where I wanted it, which I appreciated, as I have a bad back, and the tablet salt is quite heavy.

Easy to order and very quick on the delivery!

My initial rating was 4 stars as they were a little slow on delivering the one 25kg pack of salt (on the 10th day of 10 possible days). However, when ordering a larger quantity they were spot on. Delivered quickly at a very decent price.
