Ordering is simple and the delivery arrived in good order as expected. Always good service.

Good prices (for salt) and great (local) delivery service (it's just been delivered in about 1 week).

I've also discovered that they offer a reasonable water softener repair/servicing option too, so that's something I'm looking at too.

Great and quick service

A very nice chap delivered our block salt, which we're very grateful for. My only thought is that it would be helpful to have a text or email to tell us the day of the delivery. As luck would have it, we were in, which makes it easier for the driver. Otherwise we're extremely happy with Greens.

We have a water softener supplied by Greens in November 2021 and were very happy with it. Recently it has started to regenerate very frequently, so often that Anglian Water thought that we had a leak. I called Greens and was given an appointment for over 1 month later. I monitored the softener and it is now regenerating daily so I called Greens to try to bring the appointment forward and was told that both maintenance engineers are fully booked and we cannot be brought forward. If they are that busy then they are selling poor quality equipment and need to recruit more engineers.

Very good and quick service

Nothing wrong with what the company supplies. In my case a supply of Kinetico Salt blocks. However, their courier takes no notice of the yellow advisory notes on the the packages stating that the contents are heavy (24kg in total) and that they should be handled carefully. Unfortunately, no notice is taken and salt blocks arrive in pieces and in some cases in granules and cannot be used. Broken ones create a problem when used and need to be attended to every now and then. Despite having raised the issue the company has no decency to respond.
