Water Babies - Liverpool Opiniones 

My twin girls started their Water Babies journey at just 6 weeks old and graduated at age 4 when they started full-time school. Looking back, I honestly couldn’t recommend Water Babies enough!

The lessons have given both girls such valuable, potentially life-saving skills, along with fantastic water confidence and a real love of swimming. The instructors have always been absolutely amazing, so patient, encouraging and understanding, even on the days when the girls had their little water wobbles and needed extra reassurance.

After taking a year off lessons, the girls have now started swimming lessons again, and I’m so proud of how far they’ve come. One of them has gone straight into Level 3 and is the youngest in her class, which really shows how strong the foundations they built with Water Babies have been.

As a mum, knowing my girls have developed these important skills from such a young age means so much to me. Thank you to all the wonderful staff who have been part of their journey and helped them grow into confident little swimmers. We’re so grateful for everything you’ve taught them! 💙🏊‍♀️

My little girl’s face lights up every time we arrive at swimming, and it’s so lovely to see how much she enjoys her lessons!

Katie is absolutely fantastic and genuinely cares about every baby she teaches. She takes the time to get to know each child, remembers their individual abilities and celebrates every little achievement. She is so encouraging, patient and enthusiastic, making every lesson such a positive experience.

It’s wonderful watching my little girl grow in confidence in the water, and that’s all thanks to the lovely environment Katie creates. We look forward to our lessons every week and couldn’t recommend Water Babies enough! 💙

My daughter swam with Waterbabies from 9 days old and graduated at 4. She just recently left as she is now in full time school. Last weekend she completed 25m in her lessons with children double her age due to the confidence Water babies have given her. I can’t thank Water Babies enough for all they did for my daughter and how passionate the teachers and staff are. Nothing was ever to much for any member of staff and everyone was always so helpful. Can’t wait to come back and swim with you again next year. 💙

Evie loves being in the water the instructor is fabulous and really shows she cares for every child’s development, the skills Evie is learning I’m confident are really bringing her on

Great instructor, but some policies to improve

Luca had a fantastic experience and we would give 5 stars to his swimming instructor - she is amazing, patient and really professional. Luca loved the lessons.

I am giving 3 stars overall for two reasons: the company policy requires payment even when a child is sick and cannot attend, which I find a bit rigid for families, and Luca was placed in a class with much younger children, which limited his interaction with peers.

Great staff, but the organization could be more flexible.

Taught essential life skills from such an early age, my daughter has been going since she was 3 months old and skills like holding on could save her life if she was ever to need it. Helps that there is also a lot of fun during the lessons and even at now 5 months old she loves going and gets so excited at the songs.

It’s a lovely bonding time for my daughter and partner, he is much more confident with her in the water and she is too, she loves it!

The best day of the week with my little one. We started when she was 4months old. Shes now 1 and it just gets better and better. A good way to get some of the energy out of the very active toddler

Leah is really friendly and welcoming. My little girl started at 7 months old and hated water but now she loves the water and even goes under the water. Highly recommended :)

My little girl loves her swimming lessons. The class is structured well and each activity has a purpose to it. The classes are useful and fun, definitely worth the money. Leah is a fantastic teacher, she's just absolutely brilliant!

My daughter has been attending water babies with Leah since a few weeks old she absolutely loves it we feel super confident that Leah knows exactly what our little girl needs to be able to swim safely. We have recently missed a lesson with Leah and had to attend Bevs lesson due to other plans and Bev is also absolutely outstanding I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else with our daughter.

We love our Water Babies sessions. Lots of live saving skills already (baby started at 4 months and is now 7 months), lots of fun and lots of support. My girl is already able to recognise when she is going underwater and will close her eyes and hold her breath.

Water Babies has truly brought out the best in both myself & my son. He absolutely adores the water, and I look forward to my lesson every week! It gave me confidence as a new mum, as taking a baby swimming has its challenges! Katie my son’s teacher, is the most friendliest, warmest person I could have ever wished for, she’s made our experience that more enjoyable. We’ve been going to water babies for nearly a year now and it’s just a huge part of our routine! Swimming is a skill for life, so thank you Katie for making us feel welcome & at home.

We love water babies. We’ve been going nearly 2 years, since our baby was only 8-12 weeks I think. She loves it. The quality of teaching is honestly excellent, Katie is very talented and super friendly- brilliant with children, building rapport and knowing when they’re having an off day (and adjusting teaching accordingly). We couldn’t ask for more from her. It’s clear how much our child is progressing- all whilst having fun. The heated pool was so important to us, and the communication to parents is via text alerting you that you have an email- which i really appreciate as someone who is overwhelmed by emails.

Through water babies- we will never actually have to teach our child to swim, as it’s just something she’s grown up doing and progressing naturally whilst just playing and having fun. Expensive- yes- but actually it’s not when you consider what you get, especially compared to other places. Would highly recommend it.

We have just finished lessons at Waterbabies Liverpool as our little girl turns 4 and starts independent swimming lessons. We found Waterbabies after our last swimming class moved and we have had a great 18 months of weekly lessons. Our little girl has come on so much in confidence and ability and now just turning 4 she can pretty much swim on her own across the pool without swim aids. Katie is an amazing teacher, who knows the children very well. Lessons adapt regularly and don’t just follow the same routine every week which some classes do. We are sad to leave but Katie has set our little girl up for a great start at the formal swimming stage classes. Thank you, we will always recommend this class! x

Our teacher Katie has been absolutely amazing and made me feel at ease every lesson! Only negative I have is the pricing, we have had to cancel as the prices are going up in the new year and we sadly can’t afford it! It’s been lovely seeing our boy improve each week and meeting the lovely babies and parents in the class!

Water babies is amazing, lessons are great and the teachers are brilliant.

I've been really impressed with my experience. Communication from water babies has been great, they respond really quickly and are helpful.
Sessions are expensive but totally worth it teaching an important life skill and safety skills. Our instructor Mairead is amazing, really lovely and supportive. The sessions are fun and you do a lot in the 30 minutes. I have two children at water babies for a year, I find most parents stick with it because you can see how much progress your children make. If you miss a session you get a catch up session to book on a different day/location which I was also really happy about.

Mairaid is a brilliant instructor shes so patient and kind and meg loves her to bits! Water babies have been so supportive to me too the whole team are friendly and helpful and im very grateful. I wouldn't want anyone else to teach my child x

Weve been using Water Babies since our son was 8 months old and hes now just turned 2. I cannot speak highly enough of Water Babies. From the admin staff on the telephone to the swimming tutors, we are really pleased.
