Wattbike were brilliant eventually…they did need the bike returned to gain an understanding of the fault and helping solve it. The diagnostic element can be improved given the electronic nature, this would enable better turnaround and fixing/replacing at home.

The WattBike definitely sounds better with the new chain though real test will come with a Zwift League Race tomorrow evening…..!

Great bike, love it, took a good though rides to get used to it. I only ride indoors these days, I had my old rusty exercise bike for many years it was noisy and did not give me the full riding experience that the watt bike offers. My wife wasn’t to happy but ha ho I love it.

From ordering to delivery everything was very professional, well informed about delivery times and tracking was perfect. My bike was extremely well packed and the instructions for assembly were spot on. My only gripe is there were coin batteries included but I couldn't find anything in the instructions about them and had to Google what they were for, apart from that im very happy with my buying experience and my new Watt bike Proton.

Smooth booking process on the website to book a service for Next Gen Atom, and paid the same price as in 2023. Had to wait a couple of months for a slot, but not a major issue. Good comms from the mechanic beforehand and on the day, and the bike is running really smoothly post-service.

Edward was fantastic, he texted me the evening before the service with an ETA, updated me on the day keeping me informed. Once he arrived he was politely, friendly, asked me questions about my bike as well as explaining the service process.
He is absolutely 5 stars and a brand ambassador for Wattbike. 🥇

I have had my Wattbike protons for 18 months and initially it was fine and worked very well. Over the last 3 months all I have had are problems as the shifters will not work. Wattbike sent some new components and after about 2 weeks these stopped working. I appreciate things can go wrong but having spent a lot of money on this bike it should work. You can never get hold of support or at least not easily and just get told to do the same thing every time. There appears to be no empathy within the company and I am now at the point of giving up and have a smart trainer that is far from smart. I do not recommend buying this bike which really has been a huge disappointment. Today I tried to call Wattbike and the phone lines are not open in the afternoon, great. I expect the same will happen next week and w hilts I can go out on my road bike and expect this one to work.
I paid for a service which cost £299 because I live in North Wales. Communication was non-existent regarding a date for the service. When I contacted you to find out what was happening I had an extremely terse email in response. The guy eventually came and left my bike with all the setting altered & he made no attempt to put them back to suit my age and weight & the original fault was not fixed.
Top service from Edward today sorting out my workhorse of a Wattbike, it’s like new again.

Had my wattbike serviced by a very polite, knowledgeable young man. Fast, efficient, thorough. Great customer service by email before the visit. Definitely recommend.

Took weeks for support to diagnose and suggest an engineer but the service itself was a dream. Bruce did a fantastic job and, like my FTP, the Atom is now back to its former self!
