My Wattbike atom gave up with an electrical fault, I sent it back to them for a service (really expensive). They promised me a replacement bike while it was away, never turned up. Then they sent me my bike back and it was completely unusable!! If you turned the crank it sounded like there was a bag of bolts inside the working. Eventually got a guy to come to take a look and someone at Wattbike had inserted the wrong length screw that was grinding on the flywheel. It’s AMAZING that no-one at Wattbike actually checked whether it was working having charged my hundreds of pounds for a “service”. Surely a service involves making sure it works. I’ve basically given up on the product, I’ll stick to my turbo. Might work for gyms with loads of money and bikes, but it doesn’t really work for home use. Atrocious service.

Edward from Wattbike visited today to give the Wattbike its first service, I found Edward to be polite and informative and respectful of the property and would have no issue recommending the service to other Wattbike owners.

I had an issue with my handlebars on the Atom. The team at Wattbike sorted this out within a day after dropping them off at their workshop. This was following a service at home. Overall, the service of the bike and their customer service was excellent.

Easy booking service system for my Wattbike next generation. I was contacted within 24 hours via email and date arranged within 48 hours. My service schedule was under 2 weeks from time of purchasing service. I was kept fully informed of date and time of visit. I had a text message the morning of the service informing me of his arrival time. The service was quick and area around kept clean. I was informed about what was being done and changed throughout the service. Wattbike works well afterwards. Will have no hesitation to use again.

Hi I original gave WattBike a low review due to software and technical issues and despite some initial reservations with their CS team - following some good old fashioned verbal communication I feel they fully deserve 5 stars. It's not easy for these often under resourced Teams - my one feedback to WattBike Directors - invest in great CS (all channels) in line with marketing and sales growth - feels to me like you have uncooked your spend...thanks Charlotte for being a superstar....

I think this is a combination of admiration and disappointment. The bike so have broke - the chain - easy fix but I aimed at getting trying to get the bike up and running - I think through no fault of Wattbike time to home service was just a little too long for an enthusiast- Ultimately I needed an alternative which will now do for similar eventualities and I eventually took on an HQ service, they were actually very quick a 5-8 week turnaround ended up being less than 5. I was disappointed in the time it took to get the bike back from the chain break, but admired their honesty, their frustration I didn’t have a bike as I think they really tried when they had problems. I might be a bit harsh with 3 stars. Maybe if I don’t break the chain and they do end up doing a home service they will hit the heights. Their product is 5 star without doubt. Good people - and that’s what I thought they were - will get better
Thorough service on my wattbike. Feels very like new now but I wish the engineer replaced the bar tape and hoods for me for the money I paid. Blamed Covid and left me with the new tape, end plugs, hoods and bar pads for me to do.
Really easy to navigate the website and ordering was straightforward.
With the Proton the saddle options should be explained as the supplied one is extremely hard and uncomfortable.
I contacted customer service and after a faff with an AI CONTACT I was told there is no Wattbike alternative.Which seems strange as this proton is aimed at a more familly market not the hard core Atom which does have a two seat option race and comfort saddle.
I am an ex road racer so saddles were very important.
So Wattbike you could provide more information and also what fits as most comfort saddles are not compatible.
Other than that a truly great bit of kit that seamlessly connects to all the apps and HRM and just works every time

No problem with the service, Jamie was excellent. However on the 1st ride after the service it was immediately obvious something wasn’t right….I’ve lost 40-50 watts somewhere! Both my wife and I struggled though our workouts for a week before I called your Helpdesk. I’ve sent over diagnostics as requested but the responses have been very lethargic to say the least and I find myself chasing for updates which isn’t right. Please resolve my issues asap so I can get on with my winter training.

The service received from the engineer Edward was exceptional. He went out his way to find a solution to getting my bike working remotely. Luckily I’m handy enough with tools, otherwise I would have been without my bike for almost 4 months!
He did this because despite booking my service in November, the service has just been carried out in February!!
Wattbike, you need to make sure you increase you resources in the winter months when you are busiest. People pay a lot of money for your kit because you are a great brand…. This experience doesn’t reflect that!
