Quality of the Metal card is excellent. Service is second to none. Came within days. Faster service. Can't ask for more.

Product looked cheap, the finish to the stand was rough, the printing was poor. We purchased two and the tap spot was different in positions on both. It really wasn't up to the standed we expected for the price we paid.

The customer service was excellent though. Got back to us quickly through the purchase/customisation process. And when we were dissatisfied with the product they were very helpful.

I have used this company before and will use in the future. The Wave card is a great product. I ordered metal cards which are very good quality. The card is easy to use and update when and where required. The speed of delivery was excellent and Kylle is so efficient at responding to questions.

First meeting was great, simple to understand demonstration. Ordering was very easy, and delivery was quick. Customising was wonderful. The portal is easy to use, and the card is 100% as advertised.

Wave Cards were very helpful and very easy to deal with - the cards are great and my team love using them, the look great too.

The order process, design and the actual portal cannot be faulted.
The only downside is I ordered a black plastic card, looked great when it arrived but it soon became very scratched and this now looks pretty old even though it’s only a few weeks old.
What I should have done is ordered the metal cards! So spend a little more and you will be very happy with your choice.
