Waste of space. Offered a price and when the guy turned up (a day late) they offered a ridiculously low price over the phone even though the guy said it was worth the asking price. PURE GREED.

Awful service definitely avoid!

Gave me a low ball price of 2250 for VW Crafter. Need the cash so said yes anyway.
Arranged pick up for 12-4 on a Monday. Took the day off work. They didn't arrive. Rang and said would not be here until 8. Waited in all evening. Has one missed call at 19:57 and rang back a minute after and a further five times. No answer. Received a text to say he'd already left. Now I've not sold the van and am out a day's work of money!

I don't recommend at all!

Did a deal on my van £3500, arranged for collection 3 weeks time due to work commitments. I told them over and over not to waste the time coming if they are to knock me down, Charlie who dealt with me stated it was an agreed price and they won't do that!

I sent photos/videos of every bit of damage ( marks in body work, apart from that cracking work van, I was selling to downsize )

They didn't arrive on the day they said, making me lose a day's pay at work, they apologised for the inconvenience and offered £50 compensation, came two days later on a Mon again another day missed as didn't come at the time we agreed 7am to the offer me £2500 ( more damage than shown on photos ) I can assure you I didn't miss any damage I wasn't in a rush to sell the van!

Turned them away and sold the van a few hours later for my asking price to a motor seller!

For the past two days I've received text messages asking deal or no deal for £2500 although I have told them it's sold they continue to message me this stupid deal or no deal!

I personally unless your desperate for cash, which I most definitely was not stay away from these guys.

One positive is the guy who came to look at the van was absolutely lovely and couldn't apologise enough, he also told me to stick to my guns and not let them have it!

What a dodgy company do not touch with a yard brush absolute liers. Offerd me 1000 for a 2021 van when auction price was 8500, i crossed reference with other rebutible companys and checked the price. Once I challanged this company i was given rubbish answers and lies ......use this company at your at your own cost ...obvisouly a rip off .

Absolutely a nightmare wouldn't trust the online valuation.
Some guy turned up in a car didn't look happy in his job.
Think they wanted it for free.
Told the office it was all rusty very untrue.

Will do 100 plus fault checks to mark your veichle down. Don't bother. You are better taking their quote price and listing it for sale on Facebook for a quick no hassle sale.

Please do not go to this company. They offered me exactly half of the online valuation. The guy said there were marks on my alloys when I don't even have alloys on it. He said there were scratches on the van which I couldn't even see. Also he looked like he had just climbed out of a skip. Very dirty clothes.

Absolutely ridiculous this company I wouldn't waste your time ripping people off 600 for a full working 2011 transit connect had a couple minor issues 600 is a joke

I should have looked at these reviews before I had any dealings with these rogues. They offered a price which was accepted and they said they'd make arrangements to collect. They then sent a text saying the offer included VAT, so in effect almost 17% lower. next a car turns up to inspect the van. He sits in it for 20 mins or so with a diagnostic pad, then comes into the office and declares his boss says it needs a new ecu as he can't read it. Well the AA managed to! So one of 3 things happened, either he or his machine are rubbish or I was lied to. He also said a new ECU would be £3000 so they would only offer a fraction of the agreed price. Even at VW the ecu would be £1900 but I have a price of a second hand unit, fitted for £400. Find a better company to work with.

DON'T REPLY TO THEIR TEXTS. You'll get a charge on your phone bill. I didn't use their service but they communicated with me by text. I replied, in some cases politely just refusing their service and ended up with a charge on my phone number.

Don’t bother they offer you a guaranteed price then come round in a car when they said they would just send a low loader to pick it up. Then offer you half the price they said they would after making up some totally fabricated reason. I got more scrap value that they was offering.

Don’t waste you time selling you van to WE BUY ANY VAN, you will get more money by scrapping the van.

I had a 2019 van in excellent condition few scratches nothing major. The rep was nice enough. Tried to convince me its not a money "thing" when the firm tries to lower the offer considerably. I was alrwady selling it at half price and these guy decide to waste an hour of my life messing around. In short we buy any van.......dont!

Seemingly they have the same business practices across the UK. Totally lacking in transparent and clear communications and processes. Hook you with an offer which they say is fixed and then the person turns up to tell you half what they offered because of some spurious reason. We had to accept because we were moving but if we’d had more time I’d have told them to poke it.

Did an on line valuation for my van and it was £6456.00. Arranged a time to go to my local drop off point in Preston 3 days later and had to hire a low loader as I had SORN the vehicle and didn't want to risk it if I got stopped by the police. Went through the inspection etc which they agreed was fair wear and tear for the age. The valuation they gave me was £2834.00 !! When I asked why is was so much less than my on line valuation I was told that the second hand van market had crashed over the past 3 days. We all accept what this process is and that they will chip us down on the valuation when they see the vehicle but this was over 50% and is ridiculous. They prey on people who are desperate for money and can't do what I did and walk away - SHAMEFULL BUSINESS PRACTICE !!
