Clarity Solicitors' are paper pushers and their 'Assistants' pass messages back and forth between Solicitor and their Client, bit like chinese whispers.

How much money do you think we are paying Clarity for the above work?

The costs are mounting - Solicitor has been checking costs with an Authority because I overlooked an email. A professional gentle reminder would have been suffice.

Our Sale was agreed 6th Sept.
Last week we were advised the 'Chain Free Buyer' for our Buyer hasn't been in a position to proceed. They don't have a mortgage product, need to do an equity transfer and 'will contact their ex partner'

The Solicitor is still dealing with our Sale but the same Solicitor has been taken off our Purchase - Reasons Unknown.

The headed letter emailed advised we can contact the Solicitor with any queries but their Assistants are well versed too with the issues. It would be helpful if our Solicitors were well versed in Conveyancing too.

What a waste of time, money and energy - Our home is back on the market recommended by Estate Agent.
Yet, I'm still waiting for Clarity to give me some Clarity on the situation!

Our Lender was frustrated that Clarity hadn't received our mortgage offer. They advised they need to check the LMS Conveyancing Portal ! The Bank gave me Tel. numbers if Clarity had trouble logging in or if they had queries how to use the portal !! I passed this on to the Assistant

Clarity, please do not say how important Quality Service is to you and include a telephone number to contact. Put simply, you're aware of the issues.

Very good service and clear communication in the latter stages from Clarity. Generally prompt action and responses and Bianca Rajasekaran who stepped in during the last month approx of the conveyancing process was an effective and very pleasant interlocutor.
Very reasonable costs so overall good value for money and can certainly highly recommend the Clarity teaam for standard conveyancing work.

We had a horrendous experience with Clarity. They should consider a name change as they provided no clarity throughout the process.

Clarity's incompetence meant that a deadline was missed and left us unable to continue with the remortgage of our property. The level of service provided was awful, staff were very rude, they wouldn't provide us with any updates during the process, and then still had the cheek to try and charge us for a service they haven't even provided!

Go elsewhere, there are much better companies around.

Clarity have just negotiated our house sale and purchase. These were complicated by an issue around mental capacity as well as the normal ups and downs of a major house move.
For the normal ups and downs they had a reliable system in place which meant it was always possible to talk to someone when it was needed. The capacity issue was tackled in a reassuringly open and frank way which was both professional but empathic.
Overall, in my view, the team we worked with came across as committed and professional. We were kept informed and care was taken with every detail. A nerve wracking time but at least it felt as though we were in safe hands on the legal side.

Clarity made my experience as a first time buyer, stress-free. The quote and time scale provided in the beginning was reliable. After receiving my mortgage offer, we took just under 3 weeks to complete. Thank you to Clarice and Joanne for replying quickly to any questions I had from start to finish. Would highly recommend!
