We have recently completed on a house purchase and the team at clarity have been absolutely amazing, the top of the chain sprung upon us a very quick completion date. We didn’t think it was possible but they urgently worked on it and made it happen for us they really exceeded our expectations and made it so smooth and easy for us, they were friendly, professional and helpful when speaking to them on the phone. We honestly cannot fault them, we will be highly recommending them to friends and family and will definitely use them again should we need a solicitor.

Fantastic work and support by the team…
Fantastic work and support by the team during the sale of my flat in Milton Keynes. They guided me step by step through all the requirements needed for the sale of my flat, providing all the information that was necessary and most importantly, always being there and making me feel taken care of by answering my questions via email and phone. The service was truly amazing and I would certainly choose Clarity as my solicitor again in the future.

What a fantastic experience from the start! As a first time buyer we were extremely nervous regarding the process. Clarice looked after us and provided us a quote efficiently. Joanne, Louise, Bianca and Fiona working on our file and were so helpful and easily contactable! Clarity got our purchase through within 2 months! i cant recommend them enough. The team did a great job
The team did a great job, we put our house up for sale a year ago expecting a quick sale, unfortunately we had two buyers drop out and finally the team got us through to a sale.

We used Clarity for our sale and…
We used Clarity for our sale and subsequent purchase of a new build property. Questions from our buyer’s solicitors were sent over to us with no recommendation of response or comment. I would expect a conveyancer acting on our behalf to give us some guidance on some quite complicated questions but they relied on us entirely to word the response back to the buyer’s solicitors.
With regards to our purchase; on completion day no one from Clarity contacted us to advise that we had completed. The first we knew that we had completed was from David Wilson asking when we wanted to collect our keys.
Overall this was an extremely poor experience. Selling and buying a house is extremely stressful even with a good conveyancer, so to have one of such poor quality made the whole process unbearable at times.

Horrendous
Horrendous. DO NOT USE. Katie and felicity were horrendous, Katie is rude, constantly putting the phone down on us. Made every excuse under the sun to not action anything. Our purchase took nearly 8 months for first time buyers purchasing an empty property, so not even in a chain. If you’d like to move house within a normal and acceptable time period DO NOT USE. Asked for the complaints procedure several times, and in writing but ignored. Were told that Katie and Felicity were leaving so weren’t even completing any work…

What can I say, other than that the Milton Keynes Clarity team worked day and night to help me achieve what I didn’t think was possible (and was informed so numerous times by other solicitors / conveyancing firms) in getting both my house sale and purchase completed before the end of September. The service I received was simply incredible from all involved, with particular call outs to Fiona (who was always so cheery and helpful even in the face of my daily calls), Lauren (who again was incredible and I know worked evenings to get my exchange over the line) and not forgetting Louise and Jo. An outstanding bunch of people providing exceptional service and doing the best for their clients.
I can’t thank you enough for what you have achieved for my family and I.
