IT'S ALL A SCAM! Don't waste your time or Money! FAKE "AI" Profiles; Many of the PROFILES are Transgender Men, pretending to be LESBIANS & trying to SCAM you! Many of the PROFILES pretend to be "well-off" Women Business Owners, who ALL do the same EXACT Business, & then they try to Find out your FINANCIALS, so they can SCAM you! Many will say they are "Widowed" or just Lost BOTH Parents to make you feel sorry for them; It's ALL a SCAM! Then, there's a Bunch of FAKE Sugar Mamma Scammers too! The Scammers will always try to take you off the App to Chat Elsewhere so they can't get caught. ALSO, some of the Scammers will say they're in the Military & just LOST Both Parents**PAY ATTENTION; They never want to TALK on the phone? What are they HIDING?

Absolutely terrible app that just rips you off. I'm very new to dating apps and thought that paying the £11.99 a month meant you actiually get to see who 'likes' you, but as soon as you click to see you find you have to spend another £15.99 A WEEK(!!!) just to see them. Total scam. I cancelled my subscription straight away.

They Freeze Accounts, Steal Your Passport, Then Ban You!

Total scam! They froze my account, demanded my passport and a date photo, then stole my info and banned me. No explanation, no recourse. Don’t trust them—they need to be investigated. Thiefs

"I’m officially giving up on this app. It has become a playground for scammers and fake profiles. Compared to a few years ago, the quality has hit rock bottom. You spend more time filtering out bots and 'too good to be true' profiles than actually talking to real people. It’s an invasion of fake accounts and a complete waste of money.
I know I’m not the only one feeling this way; there is a massive wave of people leaving these apps behind. We are tired of the 'delulu' culture and the endless filters. I’m done with this digital nonsense. It’s time to go back to real-life dating where you can actually see a person’s real face and feel their true energy. Save your money and stay away.

Abzocke! Der Beitrag wurde bezahlt, aber nach nur drei Tagen kein Zugriff mehr auf die App. Der Kundenservice ist nicht erreichbar, auf E-Mails wird überhaupt nicht reagiert. Keine Transparenz, keine Hilfe, kein funktionierender Support. Sehr enttäuschend und absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Made an account which was straight away flagged for security, upon which the "team" said I could have my account unfrozen if I sent them a picture of myself with my government issued ID.

I should have did a little bit more research before I signed up to these scammers!!! Within 24 hrs after signing up, I was permanently banned without any explanation right after I upgraded my account!!! No explanation what so ever! I contacted support twice about the issue and nothing! As I told them in the email, i am having them reported for fraud! There is no judge that will not consider this fraud! This is very unprofessional!!! I did absolutely nothing wrong!!!This is how they get you to sign up for the paid subscription, and then take your money and run while they make up some lame excuse for why you were banned which there isn't any!!! This is against the law! I am going to be reporting this as fraud!!! Starting with the BBB, and The Consumer Affairs who investigates Fraud!!! Do not sign up, you will regret it! Don't take my word for it either, look at all the other reviews first!!!! It speaks for themselves!!! Honestly, they deserve 0 stars!!!

Unable to review friends request, keep getting notifications that someone has requested to add me, but within the app the option to view and any on my friends, has completely vanished.
I emailed HER support, to ask what’s going on. Their reply to me was purely that my profile had been reported for not having a photo clearly showing my face.

The irony here is that my profile is verified. Which means I absolutely do have my face clearly there.

So now I’ve just deleted my account and app and will never return.

No loss there as the app was pretty useless anyways.

Used to be able to add friends, send messages, communicate. Now they want $30+ a month to do anything at all. Complete waste of time and sooo many straight couples looking for a unicorn, tons of straight males making profiles now it's worthless. Be better to pay for a more well known app. Doesn't seem to be anyone checking for cis males or straight profiles.

Full of fake scamming profiles

Can I give 0 stars? Honestly the worst dating app out there. I have had 3 accounts with them, and all 3 have been closed by them. Of course I, the holder of the account and the person paying them for premium subscriptions, am not entitled to any form of detailed explanation as to why my accounts were deleted, only that I broke a community guideline and this was unacceptable. I spent 2 hours sifting through their Community Guidelines and Terms Of Service with a fine tooth comb, and low and behold I discovered I had broke nothing.

Obviously there is no investigation into complaints as with other apps, that are miles ahead, like Tinder, Plenty of Fish, Boo, Bumble, Hily, Happn, and even Tagged.

The customer support is dreadful, feels like you're talking to a bot, the Terms of Service read as though they were written by somebody who was cross-eyed and dyslexic, and the over layout of the app is tedious. Also, you can really tell how popular it is given that at least once a month you get a free week of premium because nobody is buying it.

Honestly, avoid at all costs, it's not worth the waste of your time, effort, or patience.

It's very badly designed and has a terrible user interface. It's way to clunky and doesn't really work as it should. I cancelled my subscription.

Got permanently banned in less than 24 hours without talking to anyone or matching with anyone. Extremely transphobic. The women on there are weird and sex pests the amount of unsolicited sex chats I got on previous profiles when I was lesbian is unreal. Don't use this app! Don't pay for it either. I had crazy lesbian women constantly stalk my profiles on there like everyday. Yet I get banned for being my authentic self

There is no support team. It's all automated and will only respond to a few specific prompts, as I discovered through multiple attempts at contacting them. Your account can be banned permanently without review, as mine was, even if it was flagged unfairly. There is no way to get your case heard, unless maybe you try tracking down somebody's social media, which is way more trouble than this app is worth. If I wanted yet another app where you can't see likes, add friends, filter basic things like orientation, or even choose to look for both dates and friends, I could get better results from other mainstream apps.
If you think this is the safe space for trans and non-binary people the app claims to be, think again. Just read the reviews. Lots of transphobic users out there willing to report anyone who doesn't look woman enough for their liking, and when they do, there will be no oversight and no recourse.
Negative reviews always seem to get the same response of "email Support", but doing so won't get you in touch with a real person capable of answering your questions. If HER wants to draw in queer users, maybe they should start by making us feel heard in a way that matters.

They froze my account, claiming I had violated community rules, but didn’t provide any explanation of what I had done wrong or give me an opportunity to correct the issue. To make matters worse, a few days later, they charged me a £24.99 subscription fee after a free premium trial that I was unable to use. Apple Pay had to refund me in the end.

I am a Trans and I work closely with other LGBTQIA+. This App isn`t recommended for depressed LGBTQIA+ as you can read via other reviews plus I asked HER to investigate a report and they didn`t get back to me. My aim as a social worker is to help others and this app isn`t recommended if you feel rejected already and can not cope with rejection.

Makes it very complicated to cancel subscription. I thought I had cancelled it but realized they have been charging me for the past 4 months. Apparently there's additional steps to be taken, even though it indicates that your subscription was cancelled by asking you why you are leaving, etc. Contacted them but they said my reasoning was not a reason for refunding.

Wow! I thought it was me only!!!
I have verified three times in three weeks,,, the last time I did I only decided to do manually as saw I wasn’t verified! So I did it on my own behalf to stop the automatic verification one showing up. Well that completely messed things up. Been logged out and account put on hold for over a week with 10 or more emails to Customer support, not one proper reply back... I had a few friends I knew from previous sites that did connect with me so I was lucky I could reconnect with new connections via my friends profile. They also agree the support is terrible. Verification has issues plus other issues which I haven’t detected as I haven’t had the chance to enjoy the app.

I was on this app, looking for a bi or a lesbian female as a friend. Honestly I think, somebody reported me cuz I was a straight male. They said I violated the community guidelines. No worries, I'll just tell others about this site, so they can write a review also. I don't have to read your guidelines to write a review. Have a nice day & Your welcome!

Absolutely disgusting. They ban you for nothing and its misogynist to its core. Also the help desk doesnf reply on your demand to delete your profile. Since its blocked you cant do that yourself. To ask for unblock. They demand you to give them your passport. Which is both, keeping personal data online with pictures and so on, and demanding passport reveil, is ILLEGAL.
