Excellent in every way
My order was placed at 2pm, posted the same day, sent via tracked 24 (I upgraded from tracked 48). Vinyl received next day, securely and safely packaged with a little thank you note inside and a store logo sticker - nice touch. Records immaculate, zero bumps or marks. Also, the updates for my order was excellent, probably the most comprehensive I have ever received. Brilliant service.

A human touch, with great service
The album arrived in good time and very well packaged. They had replied promptly to my pre-purchase enquiry - a welcome human touch.
