Hi,Webbers estate agent Ilfracombe North Devon have no creativity in their marketing strategy.
I asked them to advertise my guest house for sale and gave them some of my own ideas,but after two drafts they still ignored me and offered a bland and boring advert, so reluctantly I refused to sign their contract and I,m looking for another agent .Also you will note their arrogance in that they will not offer a right of reply which trust pilot offer then ,quite disgraceful.

We used Webbers to sell our late…
We used Webbers to sell our late mothers Residential Park Home which was a challenging market to negotiate. They eventually found a cash buyer with a few hurdles to overcome which they sorted out very quickly and with the help of the South Molton branch staff especially Hayley they were in their new home within 3 days. This has been the smoothest sale of a…
This has been the smoothest sale of a property I've ever had. I had three valuations of my property, two of which undervalued my property, Emily from the South Molton branch valued it at what I thought it was worth, had i gone with the other two quotes I'd have been £10,000 out of pocket! There was never any pressure from Webbers, kept me updated on how the sale was progressing.

All of the team in the Wellington branch were incredibly friendly and approachable, welcoming me with warm smiles when I visited the office. Nothing was too much trouble!

Nathan was not helpful at all!
Terrible service from Nathan over the past couple of weeks! Absolutely impossible to book a site view on their Launceston site. Wanted a Saturday visit, but apparently no one there to do it. Tried for a Monday visit, but two days later Nathan had still not come back to me. Running two businesses myself for 25 years now, there is no way I will be dealing with this company going forward. If the service is like this to start with, goodness only knows how I would go on if I had a problem with the NHBC 10 year warranty (Buildmark)!

Great team
It took 18 months to sell our property but the team from Webbers were very good during the whole process of selling. We got to the stage of selling then had a real problem yet the team came up trumps and we sold the property within 6 weeks. From the depths to selling and the team worked really hard to make that happen so a heartfelt thank you from me.

Webbers were extremely helpful during my initial search for a property. I viewed quite a lot and found that the person showing me round was really nice, helpful and informative.
When I put an offer in, they dealt with it straight away and throughout the buying process they kept me informed every step of the way with regular updates.
