The response from the garden centre was great when I had a query. Also the plants were lovey large & healthy.

Excellent value for money and quick delivery of a very good quality plant.

Delivery was prompt, the plant was strong, a good size and in excellent health. Some soil had fallen out of the pot but it was very dry and as the box was tall the delivery guy had to tip it a bit to carry it safely. It did not do any harm to the plant and has settled very well in it's new home. Had the soil been wetter the box would collapsed, as delivery was efficient no harm was done. I would thoroughly recommend buying from "Web Garden Centre" as they seem to give their plants lots of TLC before being rehomed.

This is the second time I've ordered from Web Garden Centre. There service is very good. The plants were exactly as described. They arrived extremely promptly well packaged and undamaged.

Update from 19th April
After a lot of waiting due to courier errors the plant finally arrived in a very presentable condition as described on the website. Plant is healthy as described. Shame it took over 2 weeks to be delivered

My camellia has arrived. Opened the box and it was like Christmas morning!! Bigger than I expected and really healthy. Arrived within 2 days of ordering and wasn't damaged.

Very speedy service. Ordered a plant online which arrived the next day. The plant was well packaged and in good condition and was as described online.

Speedy delivery and the bay trees I ordered arrived safe and are great quality

Trees were squashed in boxes and boxes damaged. Not sure the courier understood how to handle these items as they were "flung" around in the delivery van. . The plants themselves also don't appear to be in great condition. The plants (Bay Trees) delivered are are not representative of the plants in the photos on the website.

I payed for 3 grapevines at 100 pounds each one of them was rotton with holes and woodworm .i contacted the company and was told it shouldn't be and to send pictures which i did an received no response .they are very keen to take your money very short on the phone can't wait to get you of it but if you have a problem with your plants don't expect to have it resolved .seems as if once they have your money thats it
