2014 Ford Escape
I sold my 2014 Ford Escape to webuyanycar in Burnsville. From the online estimate to the actual sale was straightforward and simple.
Joshua Henderson provided first rate service during the inspection and sale. I would recommend this business and branch manager if you are in the position of wanting a fast and hassle-free sale at a fair price.

Easy Process
My husband and I were unsure about selling my car at first. We ended up coming back a few months later and Joshua was patient with us both times! He was cordial and answered all of our questions, plus he followed up to ensure that things went smoothly after the sale. It was an easy process. We would work with Joshua again!

Respuesta de We Buy Any Car® USA - Burnsville, MN
Hi David and thank you for choosing webuyanycar.com to sell your car. You have many choices when selling a used vehicle and we are thrilled to have earned your business.
We promise every customer a five star customer service experience and we are disappointed to learn that the team at our Burnsville, MN Location did not live up to your expectations. We are committed to making that right In any way we can.
An online valuation provides a good estimate of value, but it is only as accurate as the information that you disclose to us online. Like any reputable buyer, we do our due diligence before we cut a check, and if there are issues with the vehicle which have a tangible impact on the resale value, we do have to take these into account. We provide sophisticated tools on our website for you to tell us about any issues ahead of the in-branch appraisal, as we hate surprises as much as you do.
We will happily review every aspect of your transaction to make sure that your appraisal was carried out with accuracy and integrity. If anything does not live up to our rigorous standards, we will make it right.
Our leadership team has tried reaching out to you several times without success. We would love to connect directly and review our findings together. Giving you a positive outcome in our mission, but we’ve exhausted all efforts to follow up. We kindly ask that you return one of our many calls or email our customer experience team directly at customerfeedback@webuyanycarusa.com. We truly value your business and hope to hear from you and restore your faith in We Buy Any Car.
Warmest regards,
Jeremy, on behalf of webuyanycar.com
