People at office were great. Offered less than quoted on computer quote even though car could not be any better. If my Vette didn't make the initial offer NO car will ever make it.

Had a good experience at the Rock Hill location.
Tregene was right on time for our appointment. She carefully went over the car and the offer as expected. There was a problem with how the paperwork was signed, but Tregene was able to get that straightened out the same day.
I would go back to this location without hesitation.

The process was simple and everyone involved was very nice and professional and even offered an Uber voucher so I could get back home. It was a tough time as I was selling my daddy’s car - he recently passed away but they made the process stress free and I appreciate that.
