Spot on

Simon attended on time and was professional, polite and great to deal with. The whole process was very quick and the deal was done and money transferred very quickly, would highly recommend, thanks again to Simon, a credit to the company.

Excellent communication

Excellent communication, gave a fair value for my pickup, the representative turned up on time, spoke honestly about the process. And finally Webuyvans did the legwork to transfer the ownership on my behalf.

I've been very happy with this service.

0 STAR - Extremely Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service Shocking ! Avoid !

I contacted this company to get a valuation for my vehicle, but was shocked by both the low offer and the appalling response when I informed them I’d received a significantly better quote elsewhere. When I pointed out the discrepancy and expressed my annoyance at being undervalued, the representative responded with laughing emojis and a deeply unprofessional reply here is the exact text.

😂😂 If you think they are actually going to pay that, I have a house in Fiji to sell you. Take the van to them; when they pull your pants down, take their offer because I refuse to offer you more. Parasite.

This kind of dismissive, condescending behavior has no place in customer service. Not only did they fail to provide a competitive or fair valuation, but their response showed a complete lack of respect for potential customers. I would strongly advise anyone looking to sell their vehicle to look elsewhere – you deserve to be treated with courtesy and offered a transparent, fair price.
