Like others I bought an "Apple" Pencil 2.
After a huge delay and even with email dialog with a "Customer Service" a package arrived in Jan 22.
It was counterfeit and didn't work.
If a price is too good to be true it's for a reason.
None of the email addresses they post on the website work. They'll take your money. It's a scam so keep well clear. If you want to raise a dispute with your bank under the Consumer Credit Act do so early and test anything you might receive in good time.

Bought my step daughter a Dyson air wrap in April last year for her birthday, it blew up in November, burning through a hoody and have now been told by Dyson that they have cloned the serial number an it’s a fake and if I send it to them they will just destroy it. Devastated as it was normal price, so not as though I was buying a cheap knock off.
Do not give these crooks a penny!!!!

I bought a what I thought was a genuine dyson hair dryer for 400.00. I have had it for just over a year and it blown up gave me an electric shock and burn my arm. I got in touch with dyson they asked me to send it to them and it turned out to be not a genuine dyson product so I lost all my money because is to late to get my money back from my credit card company. I am totally gutted. I am a nurse and work very hard for my money and to be scammed like this has made me so angry and sad that people would do this. Has any one been able to track them down. DO NOT BUY OF THIS COMPANY

These people are crooks; I bought an Apple pencil from them and it failed after a few days. Took it to the Apple store and it turns out it was not the genuine article. I e-mailed, texted and rang "wecany" but the e mails bounced, and the texts and phone calls rang off immediately.

I was getting seriously worried and upset, I am disabled and don’t have a lot of spare money but my daughter has asked for an Apple Pencil no 2 for her iPad so she could draw on the iPad as well as in her books.
Wecany was £40 cheaper even including the postage.
I ordered it the 5 th of December, but it didn’t arrive despite getting tracing information from Royal Mail saying it had been sent to them.
On the 2nd of January 2023.
I was about to contact my bank to see how I could get my money back when I got an email from Wecany to say it had been delivered. It’s a real pen etc etc no copy and my daughter is so pleased. I though am not I ordered another for her from Apple and had it engraved cost £139. And because it’s gone to be engraved I can’t cancel the order. This pen was supposed to be with me on the 30th of December and it’s still not here on the 3rd so who do we blame….?

This is a scam company. I ordered a Dyson Airwrap Complete on 4th Dec and had to email them for confirmation of my purchase. When I attempted to track my item there was no progress after purchase and then the site went into 'Maintenance' mode by 18th Dec. I have tried to contact them by email but to avail. What legitimate company allows their site to go down through Christmas week and into New Year? I contacted my bank on 22nd Dec to request a Section 75 claim. Yesterday I had a nasty fake 'Dyson Airwrap' delivered to me by Fedex that simply doesn't function: it doesn't wrap or curl the hair as described. My daughter tried it out and had to revert to her old styling wand to, in her words, 'salvage her hair'! I have informed my bank of this development. I would advise all potential customers to stay well away from these unscrupulous scammers.

I ordered a pair of ultra mini uggs at the beginning of December, I had an email saying the order was being processed, that’s the last I heard from them , I’ve emailed but nothing , conclusion IF IT LOOKS LIKE A DUCK , walks like a duck then it’s a duck , SCAM company !!! Buyer beware… the uggs were £35 cheaper than anywhere else .. so my own fault really…

Scamsters - Stay away. Paid a fair amount for a North Face jacket and got no confirmation. On reaching out, someone from the team sent out the invoice in an email. A few days later the whole website disappeared. I had the contact number which obviously went straight to voicemail on calling. Stay far away from this company, I have been cheated by these fraudsters.

Same as many others ordered Apple Pencil 2 and not received. The website looks like it is most definitely a scam. It’s obvious on reflection for the following reasons. 1. Mobile phone no as contact number - mailbox is full so is not being checked. 2. Contact address is a residential property looking on google earth. 3. Mixed currency items on website dollars and pounds. 4. Items are priced too good to be true. 5. Other sites advise that the site is most likely a scam site. 6. No answer to emails. 7. Site now down for maintenance. 8. Suspicious badly worded good reviews. IF YOU HAVE ORDERED FROM THIS SITE I WOULD ADVISE YOU CALL YOUR BANK AND CANCEl YOUR CARD AND REPORT THAT YOU BELIEVE YOU HAVE MADE A PURCHASE ON A FRAUDULENT WEBSITE AS THE COMPANY HAVE YOUR BANK CARD DETAILS AND MAY TAKE FURTHER PAYMENTS. I HAVE CANCELED MY CARD AND MY BANK WILL BE INVESTIGATING.

Waiting Apple 2 pen site down and no way to make contact with them fake tracking information

I ordered an Apple Pencil on the 27/11/22 and the tracking info that I’ve been given doesn’t work, the website seems to constantly be ‘down for maintenance’ - I’m starting to believe this is a scam too!

This is a scam. No tracking information. Goods not delivered. Don't deal with this site.

I ordered a backpack from them. I paid, when they confirmed it was in stock.
Since then, no order confirmation, UK telephone number is unanswered, and e-mail not responded to.

I ordered a apple pencil 2nd generation on the 27th November,still not received item and the reference number i was given is invalid.When i emailed them there answer is because of the postal strikes, sorry this is no excuse.I'm starting to wonder if i have been scammed and i will have a very unhappy son on Christmas day.

Ordered a jacket on 18th Nov and received an email days later that they will send the jacket. I received an update on 24th Nov that the item has been sent but there was no tracking information. I contacted the company on 28th to be told that they will dispatch the next day.
I eventually recieved the jacket on 2nd Dec but it was not as I expected and now they are refusing to issue a refund

Pure scam so obvious only when burned,avoid

So far very poor service and I’m starting to think this is a scam.

Customer service is non existent, never get a reply to questions.

Can’t supply any shipping details except “partially shipped” as a status.

I went for some UGG Boots as they were the only place that seemed to have them in stock. They were also cheaper than most which now makes me nervous as it feels like they are on route from China and will most likely be fake.

No contact number other than a mobile number which rings out and never replies to messages.

Will attempt to charge back with my card provider.

Also super suspicious on their reviews as they are all from users with ZERO previous reviews and two aren’t even from the UK!

UPDATE - 9th DECEMBER

They have sent a tracking number via an automated email service but the tracking numbers are FAKE having spoke directly to the courier.
