I was worried I'd need to replace freezer and Wefix sorted out the problem quickly and efficiently. The parts were even in stock next day and exceeded my expectations with their knowledge and service. Highly recommend.

My washing machine broke down a nightmare when u have 3 kids but it was fixed super quick k and the gentleman who fixed it was very polite and curtious

The engineer arrived, who was polite and friendly. He sorted the problem with my cooker and replaced the element there and then. He also fixed the door, I had been having to lift, to close properly and put a light in my oven for me… Brilliant 👍Thank you😊

This company was appointed by my insurance company to fix the lights on my Cooker Hood. The issue was found a faulty transformer. The engineer was unable to locate the Transformer and stated the whole unit had to come out. The engineer could also not fix it because the chimney was silicon sealed to surrounding cupboard. That was fine, I said I would Stanley knife and break the seal. the engineer then left to order the part. I then located the transformer in the top of the hood confirmed with the manufacturer. Easily accessed, however because it was high up 6ft the engineer was unable to repair the hood as it was too high and required small step ladders to access it. This was against health and safety? I asked the repair company if they could please just send the part out to me and I would fit it myself as I didn’t want to break the sealant! To cut a long story short, all I received was a full blown argument with raised voices over the phone the owner/Director of this company (who I had to remind I was the customer). I was very disappointed to say the least. I then had to escalate the situation with my insurance company. To summarise its still not repaired, so my advice is don’t go near this the company, the customer service is a disgrace, customer care zero, customer relations zero. If i could give minus 5* I would. Steer clear get a reputable company. I would have got the manufacturer to repair but it was insured and out of warranty. Never again. On reflection I should have just binned the cooker hood and got another one instead of all the stress.

Engineer visited today , lovely man very polite and cheerful , he was excellent , did everything he could to solve the ongoing issue we have had with our freezer, very thorough and knowledgeable, we would highly recommend

First the good; Cannot fault the work done was pretty straight forward glass replacement and done pretty quickly.

The downside; First visit consisted of a guy coming out and taking a picture of a model number that they could have had easily days before with some simple communication. Then had to wait another 5 days for a phone call to arrange their earliest appointment 2 days after that. Total time from starting the first communication out from me was 9 days. A long time to go without an oven when feeding a family of 4 daily.

Fantastic service, easy to talk to, explained everything to me, finished the job in good time, very courteous.

Had our cooker fix by a very professional and helpful engineer. He put the bulb in our cooker first time and done a better job than my dad. Had trouble with our timer and he put it right very quickly. Would recommened to all my family and friends

Customer service is excellent, wait times for call outs and repairs are usually short.

Called them about a dishwasher that wasn't working. They came out within a couple of days. The engineer was very pleasant, professional, and methodical.

Ended up with a working dishwasher and all good.

Absolutely lovely engineer! He was happy to explain what had gone wrong with my appliance, contributing factors to what went wrong and how I can prevent the same issue in the future.

The only negative is that I was booked in for an 8am to 1pm slot but the repair ended up arriving after half 3.

Amazing my cooker has broke twice and they have came out no problem both times and fully working again
