Received the tub I ordered in the time frame they mentioned. I panicked 2 weeks in with the lack of tracking info but after chasing them got the ship vessel tracking my order was on. Very cool seeing it cross the Pacific Ocean. Agree the communication could be better but got my tub as described.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. AVOID AVOID AVOID... They never respond to any communication sent. I have been chasing an order for an update many times to no avail. Instead, i have woken up to an email fully cancelling the order. It appears to be a shoddy business. Save your money as they can't fulfil orders nor communicate.
