These people are con artist l never received my item and now refused to give me a refund...l will now take legal advice to expose these thieves.

I think after priding myself for not falling for scams, I've been had. Do not buy from this company. Their email address is not recognised and I was conned into spending more than planned due to very confusing sales website. Don't touch. I have no confidence that goods will ever be shipped and received. Could kick myself!

Scam if every there was one
I changed my mind within the hour when I ordered their teeth whitening gadget. They wouldnt let me cancel and said that the package had already been made ready for dispatch. I then said I will be returning the item without opening it and was advised to get in touch so they could tell me how to do this.
It then took 2 weeks to get here and I wrote to them to say how come its dispatched within the hour but takes 2 weeks to get here. At that point I should have cancelled my paypal payment. I wrote to them then asking for the return procedures to be told that the item cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. I have since sent another email to say I hadn't opened the package and want to return it.

I ordered one tube toothpaste costing appx £11, and they took FOUR payments amounting to £193.90??
I can get no sense out of Paypal who took the money on their behalf. Can get no sense out of either company. Cannot afford to loose this much money (who can?)

This company should not be allowed to practise. I ordered a toothbrush, just under £40. They've charged my pay pal with £83.+£50.+£28.+
Despite,previously texting to say they will issue a refund, when I told them it was too much. They have now renaged saying due to hygeine reasons they wont refund. Despite box not being opened. Don't fall
For this. its becoming a more common practise. Learn from my awful experience. I will never purchase online again as a Result of this and will be going to the highest echelons to ensure I get my complete refund.

Don't buy from this company! After ordering I was charged more than the website stated. I tried to cancel immediately but was told by the customer support agent that it's too late, the product has been packed and shipped already. That was 5 minutes after placing the order and 43 minutes before I received the order confirmation. What BS! I immediately put a stop on the payment via PayPal.

Finger weg! Bestellvorgang wird ausgelöst ohne Bestätigung. Wollte dann sofort stornieren , man schrieb mir, der Auftrag wurde bereits verschickt (nach 10 Minuten).

Lassen mir immer wieder sehr viel Werbung in Form vom Spam zukommen. Wer solche Praktiken nötig hat, kann auch sonst nichts taugen.

This is a very poor quality product that looks good! The brush vibrates less than my broken Sonicare that I was replacing, very disappointing. I contacted the company saying that I wanted to return it and they said that they don't allow returns! What BS, a crap product that you can't return, what a scam. I have contacted my credit card to refund.

Do not buy from this company!!!! They say you must replace the toothbrush heads every few months but you CANNOT BUY REPLACEMENT HEADS YOU NEED TO BUY A WHOLE

SCAM Do not buy! I tried to cancel the order immediately after placing and they told me it was too late but I could return after they arrived. Once received I emailed them for two days and they refused to let me return even though on the website it states they can be returned for a full refund. Do not believe anything they say. This business is terrible.

Over a period of three days dealt with there different customer service representatives requesting a refund for the above product which failed to recharge after only one successful recharge and two months of use. (The product was initally purchased at the end of June 2025 with a 12 month guarantee). All three representatives repeated responded to my request by completely ignoring the fact I was requesting a refund and instead apologising that the product could not be returned due to hygiene regulations. I acknowledged in return emails I understood that and repeated I was not asking for it to be returned but wanted a refund.
I know they were just wanting me to 'go away' and in fact I have no power to go any further with my attempt to have my purchase honoured, but I would strongly recommend that other would be purchasers beware of this company. Their products may appear good but if a problem arises it may end up being a very frustrating, time and money consuming experience. There are other dental products out there that may be better purchases.

I knew it was a scam as soon as I saw the invoice: 4 items from CommerceCore UAB. 1 was toothpaste, #2 was $3.99 shipping charge, #3 was thank you card and #4 was an added shipping fee. The product is very small and made in China (no safety measures) but it ships from a company in Lithuania.
I tried to cancel my order but they refused. I was told I could return the product if I wasn't satisfied. When I tried to return it, they refused. They had "given" me an extended warranty. The tube arrived in a crushed envelope. They said I would have to pay to mail it back but never told me where to send it.
I tried several methods to contact them again. The phone numbers did not work and they refused to answer my emails.

This is not a consumer friendly company. Their customer support staff will lie to you to encourage a purchase saying that there is no risk in buying because you have 30 days to evaluate the product and return it if it doesn’t meet your satisfaction. When you receive the low quality merchandise and realize you’ve been bamboozled and try to return it, they hide behind their “hygiene safety” policy saying they cannot allow returns of personal items for safety reason. Their support staff continue to roll you from one person to another with each one just saying that it is against policy to accept returns even when you provide proof that you were told there was a 30 day window to request returns. This company is obviously run by crooked people with no ethics whatsoever. If you do business with them, you will be scammed; either with junk merchandise, or dishonest customer service. Please help put them out of business by not giving them your money.

Electric toothbrush arrived today. Unbelievably crappy quality, non orbital just a vibrating toothbrush and cost me $78. Nothing like advertised. I contacted customer service and asked to return and they sent an automated response stating that they don't do refunds. Steer clear! Total scam.

The worst customer service. Other toothbrush companies have replaced products with no fuss. I should have stuck with them. The brush attachment is very difficult to get on and off and broke off the stem in the unit. I asked them to replace it and was only told about their 30 day limit. This is not in line with “industry” standards. Why did I change??????
