It took a total of 4 emails back and forth to resolve the issue but I was satisfied with the resolution that the company gave me. The problem involved the inability of the handlebar to fold down due to a mechanical problem with the mechanism.

The treadmill was delivered on time and securely shipped. it is perfect for the space I have available and was fairly easy to assemble. The support team has responded promptly to my questions about function.

When I had an issue with my product they were extremely helpful and responsive. They helped to rectify the problem in a timely manner. I would recommend this company.

I like the variety of different thread-mill models that they have. Something for everyone’s preference. I also like that they have a 2 year warranty.

Before even purchasing customer support was so helpful and quick with helping to figure out the best treadmill for the needs I had and answered all questions before checking out. If you're looking for a high quality yet incredible price for the quality, BUY THIS ASAP! It's easy setup, quiet, and works as well as expensive fitness studio-grade treadmills that are quadruple the price.

Love that this treadmill is so compact and we're able to hide it away under the bed. Great price too! Didn't love that the motor went out after 5-6 months, but customer service was terrific and a new one is on the way. The company stands behind the product, and that's saying something!

This was a great experience. I ordered it on one weekend. I received it within six days where I had a schedule there was no damage. It took me literally 15 minutes to put it together at all the parts and the tools and the directions are easy to read they had said if it was cheaper by Friday they would refund me the extra. It was only $10 cheaper, but they said they would refund me anyway Which I think is awesome. That’s a wonderful company to deal with and they have great customer service if you’re thinking about it no more they are definitely the best.

I love my new Wellfit Treadmill TMo29! It has exceeded all my expectations for a home fitness machine. One of the most important things for me was stability, and this machine delivers. It feels incredibly sturdy and doesn't shake or shift at all! I love the variety of built-in workout programs and the clear LED display. The adjustable incline feature has been great for adding a challenge to my walks.Compared to other brands, the Wellfit offers fantastic features at a competitive price point. Plus, the customer service has been prompt and helpful with any questions I've had. Overall, I highly recommend the Wellfit treadmillhich really adds to the overall positive experience.

Customer service is great. I had an issue with the treadmill I purchased and they help me and notified me with the problem. Now they are sending me a new one.

Before purchasing the online chat support team helped me select the right treadmill for me. Delivery was on time. I had reported an issue with the treadmill and the customer support team did their best to address the issue. I am completely satisfied with the solution and their customer support. I needed a treadmill/walking pad to stay more active at 76, here in upstate NY, since walking the school track isn't feasible for about 6 months a year! I did my research over a few weeks and decided on Wellfit and I'm very glad I did! I didn't want to spend a fortune if it wasn't something I wouldn't keep up with, and the price was right for the cute little number I chose! Even less with a discount! Easy to set up... couple of screws and some belt oil and off I went! I love it... prefect for what I need! Hope it lasts me a long time! I like this company so much I'm thinking of purchasing my son and daughter in law one for Christmas! Thank you, Wellfit!

I was looking for a trademill to purchase and the wellfit caught my eyes. The machine is strong and I felt like I am running on a pro machine like the one I use in gym. My full family loves it.
