Ordered 2 wellnee braces ,when they arrived after a weeks delay only got one knee brace .After contacting wellnee they asked me to prove with photos I only had one knee brace ,surly they no weather they sent one or two braces ,keep well away .And they are under a fiver on temu .

Habe die Ware zurück geschickt aber mein Geld nicht erhalten. Angeblich ist die Ware nicht zurück gekommen.
Also Finger weg und nichts bestellen.
Seite müsste gesperrt werden.

Bought the Wellnee brace, did not work for me. Requested to return it and they only refunded 40% of the cost less the postage. Will never deal with this company again

The product itself works and helps my mother with severe knee pain caused by rheumatoid arthritis, which is why we were willing to repurchase despite the high price.

However, the ordering experience was extremely concerning. I selected 100 patches, declined all additional offers, and added two knee support items. At the final stage, I discovered that extra items had been added to my cart without my intention, increasing the order to 140 patches.

I did not authorise payment and immediately contacted customer support to correct the order. Despite this, I was informed several hours later that the order had already been shipped, and my bank account had been charged without clear payment confirmation.

After reading many other reviews, it is clear this has happened to numerous customers in exactly the same way. While the product may work, the billing and checkout practices are highly questionable. I strongly recommend caution when ordering.

I want to give this company a zero rating but I had to put something for this review. Do no, I repeat do not buy from this company. I made a mistake a purchased a knee brace by accident. They immediately charged my card 32.00 for a brace and 48.00 for some knee patches. I Immediately I sent a email requesting a refund. Mind you this was 10pm at night and I had a 12 hr window. They replied by giving me a chance for 30% off and keep the product. I don’t have a product and I initially stated to cancel. That’s what I wanted. Now I’ve been calling since they opened, no answer. I sent of numerous emails this morning, no reply. So the next best thing I could do is call my back a report unauthorized charges. Please I reiterate, do not order from these people. They will take your money and run.

Somehow I managed to order 2 boxes instead of 1. I'd left the site before going through the checkout or accepting terms and conditions yet got an e-mail confirming the order. I went straight on the site and cancelled it within 2 hours of it supposedly being ordered. This morning I got a message saying it couldn't be cancelled as it was already shipped. I was on the site around 10 pm last night and then around midnight to cancel it yet they went on and shipped it. I should have stayed well away from this company and advise everyone else to do the same.

Hier einen Stern vergeben zu müssen grenzt an Sarkasmus. Bin leider auch drauf reingefallen. Keinerlei entgegenkommen bei Kauf Stornierung, als wenn die Kniebandage schon unterwegs wäre in der Bestellsekunde. Passform gleich null. Am besten passt sie in die Mülltonne. Alternativ könnte man sich auch Schaumstoff mit einem Klettverschluss ans Knie machen. Hilft genauso gut und spart viel Geld. Also Leute, Finger weg von diesem Produkt. Eigentlich müsste die Seite gesperrt werden.
Übrigens kein Absender auf dem Knüllpaket.

Eine Bandage bestellt, Bestellung von Händler eigenmächtig geändert auf zwei. Weitere Angebote des Händlers wurde offeriert, aber alle meinerseits abgelehnt. Durch das aggressive Anbieten von weiteren Produkten wurde ich neugierig. Leider erst nach Kaufabschluss. Ich suchte nach Bewertungen und wurde fündig. Die meisten Bewertungen waren negativ. Ich habe versucht die Bestellung am gleichen Tage zu stornieren und trat damit eine Email Welle los. Ich bekam später eine Email in welcher stand, dass es Probleme mit meiner Anschrift gäbe und man deswegen den Artikel nicht versenden könne. Ich wiederholte meine Stornierung und bekam zur Antwort, man könne jetzt den Vorgang nicht mehr aufhalten ich solle meine Anschrift richtigstellen. Auf den Vorhalt der händlerseitigen Äußerung, dass der Artikel nicht versandfähig ist, weil Anschrift unvollständig sei brach der Email Kontakt ab. Da der Artikel mittels paypal bezahlt wurde hatte ich paypal eingeschaltet und einen Fall eröffnet. Siehe da nach 72 Stunden war das Problem dank paypal vom Tisch.

Ich habe dem Unternehmen betrügerisches Verhalten angezeigt, weil ein Artikel bei der Bestellung einfach hinzugefügt wurde. Stornieren konnte ich dann auch nicht mehr lt. Kundenservice. Nun wurde mir der gesamte Betrag zurückerstattet und die Pflaster darf ich auch behalten, wenn alles angekommen ist. Sehr erfreulich, aber den Ärger und Aufwand hatte ich trotzdem. Über die Produktqualität kann ich noch nichts sagen.

Ordered one knee brace and was charged and sent 5 along with a knee patch i never ordered. It took more than 3 weeks to arrive and then they would not pay for the return shipment. Not a good company to buy from!!

Ich kann das Produkt wellnee Kniebandage leider nicht gut bewerten. Ich habe extra das Original gekauft, meiner Meinung nach eine Fehlkonstruktion. Die Bandage sitzt nicht richtig und rutscht beim Gehen nach unten, in der Kniekehle stacheln die harten Seiten des Klettverschlusses. Fester kann ich sie nicht verschließen. Eine Größe für alle, das kann nicht funktionieren. Spart euch das Geld!

I ordered from them and paid by PayPal. I since discovered that when doing so, as part of their ordering process they had set up automatic payments from my PayPal account. Months later they sent me an email saying I had a £35 credit on my account. When I went in and tried to click on an item to see if I had a credit, doing so automatically ordered the item and paid with my PayPal account, without me actually wanting to order the item. I immediately contacted them to cancel the order and the next day I received a reply saying your order has been shipped so cannot be cancelled. PayPal were not able to reverse the payment as I had unwittingly signed up for automatic payments when submitting the first order. I was unaware I had done so and if I had been, I would not have signed up for that. I feel deceived and scammed. I would avoid this company.

Do not order anything from these thieves. This is a scam business. The ordering process tricks you into multiple orders. When you realise a mistake has been made, there is no way to cancel or stop the order, even if you try to do so immediately. Do not make the same mistake as I have done….be warned!!!

Do not order from this company you will 100% be scammed. I was. I placed an order for 2 knee patches and another 4 patches unbeknown to me were placed on my order without me knowing. I did not receive any confirmation that was when I was suspicious and checked my bank to see I was overcharged. Within 5 minutes I tried calling them and sending numerous emails to make them aware of the error and to be told to call back later. Finally I received an email saying I was too late the order had already been processed. I am still chasing them up to get refund for the 4 packets of patches I didn’t order in the first place. Keep well away from this website and try using a more trustworthy site or pharmacy

After looking for the best knee braces online, I ordered one knee brace from Wellnee. After I put my credit card number in and my order was processed, it showed that I had ordered a four pack of knee braces, pain patches and then the one brace. It came to over one hundred dollars. The one brace plus shipping was thirty dollars and change. I immediately tried to cancel the order but it wouldn’t let me. I then immediately emailed them to cancel the order and they emailed me back saying that the order had already been processed. I should have looked into this company before ordering from them but because the brace came up as the number one ordered. I made the mistake of thinking that if they were recommending the product they would have checked out the company. Wellnee is a scam waiting for you to order from them and then adding other products onto your order. Buyer beware. Wellnee, also has a bad rating on the Better Business Bureau.

A computer glitch in trial order, placed order 3 times over. I immediately tried to cancel, explained error - all within 20 minutes. They came back and days later stated, sorry, order had been shipped.

Im in the UK, early morning order. They in the USA, were still in bed - the order could not have been shipped. They had to open the order to process and would have seen my error message -

Then on receipt, I hold an email Gene Sarah, that stated I could return for refund. Tried that - they have no contact details published, just an embedded form. They ignored that form - therefore refusing refund

just looked up there published address, taken from box - 67-04 Myrtle Ave. Glendale does not exist - look at street view - no 67-04 simply doesnt exist on the string of supermarkets - fashion shops and bric a brak shops - no offices - no warehouse that they claim and no no 67-04 at all - its a false address, a shadow company, typically set up by bent chinese traders

Don't buy here, they will simply steal your money - as for the knee patch, they don't work anyway

Like everyone else i ordered one knee brace for 17 95 and ended up being charged for additional items that I did not ask for customer service said they were unable to issue a refund due to the order being shipped even though I emailed 5 minutes after placing the order and realising I have now had to raise this issue with my bank this company is nothing but a scam please do not use
