Brilliant customer service from start…
Brilliant customer service from start to finish. I ordered a chair which arrived in a timely manner, I didn't love the colour & emailed Paul from the WellWorking team to see if I could swap it out for an alternative colour. I received a very quick response & a new delivery date to swap my chair out. The delivery process is quick & efficient, the customer service is great and the choice of chairs is vast. Highly recommend!

We ordered a suite yesterday and we were served by Stephen the assistant sales manager.
He was very polite and friendly and any questions I had he happily answered them. I had a bit of banter with him and I referred to him as a super sex stud.
I as disappointed that I could no sign the electronic contract when I go home. I called the shop this morning and a lady said she will send me a paper contract for me to sign and return.

Thank you for your review but I don't believe this is for Wellworking as we don't have anyone by the name of Stephen that works for us and don't have a record of anyone ordering a suite from us in person. Whilst we have showrooms where our customers can try out some of our products, our sales are generally carried out online via our website.

Great customer service and price!
Great advice from them regarding what chair would be best within my budget and super speedy delivery with a one hour time window. Also the price is comparable much better than other places. I bought a Herman Miller chair which I am really happy with.

I will keep this review short as there is not much more you can say about perfection. From browsing the website to taking delivery of my chair only 48 hours later, everything was faultless. The website could not have been any more informative. The online support chat was invaluable when deciding on which model to buy. The communication regarding delivery was world class and the delivery process itself was utter perfection. I could not fault this company and would highly recommend it to anyone without reservation

HermanMiller Aeron Chair Purchase
I purchased a HermanMiller Aeron chair from Wellworking. Prior to the purchase, I phoned for advice on options and received very helpful and informative information. Their website was user friendly and straightforward concerning ordering and payment. The chair was delivered by Wellworking in their own van which I particularly liked…rather than a courier drop-off with the risk of damaged goods. Their driver unpacked the chair and installed it in my upstairs office. It was delivered within 2 working days from the placement of order. Thank you for an excellent service.

a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Prompt responses to email enquiries prior to placing an order for a HM Verus. Delivery notifications were aplenty & drivers arrived within the advised 1 hour slot. I had an issue with the lumbar support which Laura handled via a telephone call. She couldn’t have been more helpful offering exchange for the same or different models or a refund. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending WW - if only all companies delivered this level of service.

Love the Vitra office chair I bought; comfortable & stylish. What more could you ask for from an office chair? Wellworking communicated very well in terms of confirming the order (some bespoke bits to the chair), and then in delivering the item. Great stuff.
