WeMakeBeds

Ordered our bed a week ago & arrived in good time. Communication is on point. Bed arrived very well packaged with friendly delivery drivers. Instructions aren’t great that come with the bed but we managed in the end. Amazing bed, very well built & sturdy! Very very very happy! Thank you We Make Beds!

Really pleased with my order. I ordered a mattress for my son the quality is much better than I expected. The delivery was quick and the delivery men were polite

I required a bed frame only as I had purchased a very expensive, very large emperor-sized mattress for my previous bed frame that belonged to the landlord of the property I was renting. As I was moving into a new home, I needed a frame as soon as possible. I found this company online, and they said they could customize my frame to fit my extra-large emperor mattress. In less than a week, I had my beautiful frame in my property. They even contacted me during the construction to make sure the fabric I selected was to my satisfaction. I could not be happier. I did have a bed frame on order for about triple the price I paid for this, and this is arguably better quality.

Bed is lovely but headboard is to wide company have been in touch are going to replace my headboard which I am pleased with so that is great customer service to.

Amazing website from which we chose a double bed for my daughter. The bed is spectacular. Love the fabric, and it is a sturdy bed. Top quality, easy to self assemble and so comfortable. Great mattress.
I will definitely be ordering all future beds from this company.
They listened to constructive feedback and communication improved as the delivery date drew near. Great discount too on black Friday. First time I purchased from this company and will definitely be back.

Well as promised i bought another bed from we make beds. This time we ordered a kingsize in blue. Omg the colour is fabulous. The size of the bed is fabulous. The frame is fabulous. I know but it really is great for the price. ( u get what u pay for) However i do have 2 major gripes. Firstly i wish more care and precision was taken when crafting my bed im not happy with the left hand side and bottom left the material was not sealed so its already lifting and 2 the fitters broke a slat when installing. I'm very disappointed in that. And no it was not rectified instantly.

***Updated***
The mattress was delivered, and I received a refund for the extra base height! The bed is good, although it’s still not the bed I ordered - the explanation was because I added storage so it wasn’t possible - this I don’t understand why were the options available? However it’s here and not much I can do about it

I researched this company and spent hours picking my bed, I finally ordered it Including Mattress, bed arrived yesterday - My partner was left to carry the Divan base up the stairs to the 3rd floor by himself - wouldn't have been an issue if I was told in advance that the self assemble option only included ground floor delivery. The mattress hasn't been delivered, I also ordered a 55cm high base - it's not even 40cm from the floor. also the base that arrived WAS NOT the bed I ordered - I have been offered a refund for the extra height I didn't get however this remains to be seen, I also know it's 5 days before Christmas! - also can't get a reply about the delivery of my mattress

It hasn't been the best experience and goes against most of the reviews which I read. It has ruined the whole experience of my brand new bed that I can't sleep in as no mattress.

Great quality single bed for my little boy, I would highly recommend.
Good communication and they are very helpful.
The delivery guys went above and beyond to get the bed up to the 4th floor with no complaints.
You should definitely check out WeMakeBeds!

Initially I was very excited about this bed,cos is my daughter’s first bed and based on the reviews I thought I will make the right choice, but unfortunately the quality of the bed is really really poor, nothing is straight and I paid nearly 700£ for a small double,I am really disappointed.

I was searching high and low for a bed company who tailor made beds. I came across this manufacturer. All the employees are a credit to the company. I would highly recommend.

We ordered the York sleigh bed.
The bed is such a good quality bed. We made contact and asked for a faster delivery and they went out of their way to help and delivered early. The bed is amazing quality and great looking. We have a very happy teenager in the house

A great company the bed is absolutely stunning and complements the room so much, it's well built and sturdy. We love it

Brilliant service, super quick delivery and beautiful bed.

Visited the warehouse in bradford the range of beds were amazing i choose a kingsize and single for my daughter it came as promised but more so after looking around the prices were the best in yorkshire for sure im very happy with the service and quality they assembled two beds very fast i defo recommend ! Thanks to Usman

Very pleased with product and quality. Delivery was within one week of placing order. We opted for an 80cm headboard and only recommendation would be to supply wall brackets for taller headboards for better stability. Bed looks fabulous in room. Thank you!

Really good company, great products and quick delivery. Do exactly what they say they will do. Highly recommend.

Straight forward ordering and no hassle delivery

We have just received our bed from WeMakeBeds, Adam and the team were brill and happy to help us out when we needed it - thanks WeMakeBeds!

Great choice of beds and the team are on hand to help you via WhatsApp or call.
Definitely recommended

Arrived when they said they would, late p.m. Tuesday 5th Nov. The guys were very polite and cracked on with assembly of the bed. Up until then there were no issues whatsoever. The issues I have were upon them leaving. I appreciate it was late and they still had more deliveries that evening, but they clearly were in a great hurry to leave our property....All four corners of the bed assembly were blatantly loose, and upon closer inspection nearly all of the screws were loose. I know I should have done a full inspection before they left but...
My worst gripe however was when I went to lock up the house they had left ALL of the packaging right on our doorstep! And it was a lot! By the time I realised they were already off. It was a bit breezy that evening so I had to find a place to stow it securely. Although I've seen from reviews that the product is excellent, the service and after wards is hit and miss. This is a great shame.
Edit: (Thurs 7th) Just had message from WeMakeBeds, asking us to amend our rating of them.(A bit cheeky perhaps?) I have added another star for the following reasons: Since my review went live they apologised straight away for any inconvinience and asked if they could assist with anything to improve the situation. I was a bit ignorant of the fact that they used 3rd party company to deliver and assemble the beds. WeMakeBeds have a policy, I now know, that they recycle all of their packaging. So, it should have been taken. This is obviously the fault of the 3rd party courier. Another reason for this update was the fact that I omitted to write about the quality of the product itself in my original review. The Kingsize bed is perfect and just what we wanted. Despite some other reviews, we got exactly the same as the pictures show. The quality of the materials used appear top notch and at this present moment we are happy. The bed is just a bit wobbly as we cannot get to the screws that need tightning due to the design of the bed base without taking it all apart.....Which of course we have no idea of how to do this anyway.
