Ordered a sofa and I absolutely love it good quality

I ordered a bed from WeMakebeds and it arrived Saturday , the delivery men put it where I needed it - very easy to build , sturdy and good quality I am so happy with it. Would definitely recommend and buy from here again!

After reading various reviews and viewing pictures of previously delivered beds, I had some initial reservations, but I can confidently recommend these beds now that I've received ours. We absolutely love it!

One thing to note is that the color turned out to be darker than I had anticipated, which is something I’ll take responsibility for—not the company. In hindsight, ordering samples would have been a wise decision.

I did encounter some challenges reaching the company, attempting to contact them four times before finally getting through on my fourth try. While their communication may require some improvement, I sincerely believe that the quality and beauty of the beds outweigh these issues. Overall, I highly recommend their products.

When I searched reviews I was really concerned because I thought a lot of them looked fake. I saw a few lower rated reviews and assumed these could be the only correct ones and began to worry. After my purchase I got a confirmation email, the website does say it can take I think 14 working days for the bed to be made and delivered so I kept that in mind. The website also has a WhatsApp contact button so when I was becoming a bit concerned I messaged WhatsApp. I got a reply to say I’d get an update soon. I did get an update pretty soon after on WhatsApp letting me know the delivery would be the next day and giving me a slot of 3pm - 7pm. It went past 7pm and I got a bit concerned, again I just contacted the WhatsApp and I got a good response within 30 mins, and each time I chased for an update I got one. The delivery was slightly late and they apologised for that which I felt was fair and reasonable at the end of the day when they’re carrying beds up flights of stairs all day delays are bound to happen. The lads that delivered and assembled had clearly been working so hard and continued to work super hard lugging the bed I clearly measured incorrectly up the stairs and through our narrow landing and into the bedroom. The assembly was super quick and the bed is sturdy and well put together ( I even did the classic jump on it). There’s no damage to walls or furniture or the bed or anything. I saw a few reviews saying the bed was poor quality but in my opinion I’m quite happy with what I got. I got a massive headboard, a bed that was highly raised at king size all with a lovely nice luxurious new mattress for £2k, I’m sorry but that’s a bargain. These types of beds are usually £5k plus. Oh and that included delivery and assembly! I did order an end drawer and received a gas lift, saw someone moan about this previously but actually looking at the bed 1) I don’t think it’s actually possible to get the drawer on it if you want the tv bit at the end and 2) they did me a damn favour because I didn’t consider measurements against the wall so if I did get a drawer I wouldn’t have been able to pull it out LOL. I was really impressed not only with the communication but also with the delivery lads and how hard working they are. Thank you very very much! Would definitely use them again. Can confirm this review is real and I’ll post some pics of my bedroom with the bed in if it’ll let me. You can see it isn’t a staged bedroom bc our lights haven’t been hung yet and the packing from the bed is literally on the floor lol (we also have no curtains hahaha)

Ordered a bed from here. Had one email to say the order is being processed and it’s been silence since then I’ve tried calling multiple times, no answer. I’ve emailed, no answer. I’ve text/messaged and guess what? No answer. After reading the reviews I don’t want the bed as everyone is saying the products are bad quality. I just want my money back now. Don’t buy from this place, it’s false advertisement and a nightmare as they just ignore you.

Ordered a tv bed in plush velvet pebble with white trim. This was custom made. I’m extremely pleased with the bed, the quality, the fabric, colour. It was made within 2 weeks with excellent delivery services.

I’m really happy with my bed which arrived really quickly it looks so much better in real life I ordered the Madison wingback bed with a 60inch head board and it really makes my room stand out. I will definitely be using this coming again

Ordered a bed from wemakebeds and the service was absolutely extraordinary. Could choose any fabric and the team were so helpful making sure everything was perfect. We are very happy with our bed , looks beautiful and was delivered in time and easy to assemble. The only problem is that I ordered artificial leather and it’s very very thin so it can be cut with your nails if not careful which I did in one place when assembling. But the guys were very helpful and sent us video how to assemble as we wanted to do it ourselves, also took away packaging. I think when it’s material not artificial leather it would be very robust but my ivory leather one looks smashing.

This is a business that truly cares about its customers, I can’t recommend them enough!! Beds are honestly so beautiful and well-made! The quality is amazing, I’ve had them for just over two months, and they’re incredibly sturdy with no noise at all when you move! The customer service is outstanding, they always respond to my questions within a couple of hours and even helped me place an order for a custom size. Delivery was super fast, and the team was polite, professional, and very helpful!
