Wesley took the time to help walk me through the timeshare cancellation/transition process. Tomika Reese was helpful. I am still waiting to hear from my timeshare as to total cancellation. Time will tell but wanted to acknowledge Tomika as helpful.

This group was so understanding of what being stuck in a time share is like. Extremely knowledgeable about the time share itself, thus allowing a way to navigate getting out of the time share. I definitely needed someone on my side to walk with me through how to get this burden behind me. Highly recommended!

I was very skeptical about this company and lumped them in with all the others, as most of them are just out to make more money of your misfortune.
I did a bunch of research and After verifying all their clams and even talking to one of the VP’s, I was willing to give them a try.
Much to my surprise, these folks were ON IT!
After giving them the details on my timeshare, they started to immediately make moves to get rid of this thing and release me of all the responsibilities.
It didn’t take long before I received a letter from the timeshare, releasing
Me of the contract.
Wesley do what they say they are going to do and they can absolutely be trusted to follow through.
I have one final timeshare left and will be using them to eliminate this one as well.

Me & my wife sought out Wesley to help us cancel our Timeshare with Worldmark by Wyndham (Travel & Leisure). Yes we got suckered into purchasing a Timeshare in Las Vegas. After some months paying Wyndham we noticed they started double charging us and it was a huge inconvenience on our part leading us to having to be late on some bills. Wesley Financial did their part in not only communicating with us and keeping us updated month to month, they also made us feel comfortable in trusting them to get the process done. Everyone’s situation is different and we were aware that there was a chance they could not help us with our cancellation. Long story short, they helped us cancel our Timeshare. They were very professional and very informative with their process. Everything on their part was very prompt and they were on it. It was our timeshare that took their sweet time and prolonged the process. Of course the timeshare would take forever getting back to Wesley because the timeshare is under no obligation to prioritize our request for a cancel. They milked it and we had to continue to pay the Timeshare during the entire duration of the cancellation process. We started our cancellation 4/15/2025 and we got the phone call for the final confirmation of the cancellation on 6/15/2026. This was a 14 month process, of paying our Timeshare & paying Wesley monthly. So it was a financial struggle but finally it is now over. I highly recommend Wesley Financial for Timeshare Cancellation with Wyndham. Thanks to the entire team for trying to keep pushing and pushing for us. The countless reassurance every month. We appreciate all they have done for us. Highly recommended.

The staff was courteous, professional and always followed up when promised. We had our timeshare for many years but we are getting older now and didn’t use it as we much as we used to. The exit process was seamless, no issues and we are finally free of increasing maintenance fees!

Our representative Julie was awesome. She kept us in the communication loop at all times and worked to get the best possible outcome. Julie also let us know she is available for any follow-up questions regarding timeshares, documents, credit scores, etc. It is a sustainable relationship that we've built over these past several months and that made us feel comfortable with the process, Wesley Financial, and with Julie.

Beware! Wesley Financial will not refund your money if you sign on with them. Should you change your mind,
they will word salad you with retention closers. I understand they have helped many but for others that want to not use them they will hound you to death to pay for full contract even if they did not do anymore work & ruin your credit for not paying remaining contract! NO talking story BS, just e-mail me Letter of cancellation! I have replied to your letter of cancellation! Instructing your company of terms! Email me if you argree!

Omg they’re a god send. I got scammed into purchasing a time share thru Sapphire and it was a total nightmare. They promised us things and never followed thru. They gave us rates that were not valid. Even going thru it with there representatives over the phone still could not give us the rates that they had promised us. Only to be told ohhh well you still gotta pay. Worst mistake I ever made. But Westley Financial resolved all my problems and it was an easy transition. I couldn’t be more happier
