The experience for me? Well I was so very sure Wesley Financial Group could work a Miracle for us. And they did! WFG have the most Superb Team to walk us through the whole process, answer questions, alleviate our concerns (keep me calm), and stick with us to the finish!

After several years of not using our timeshare and finding no resale option listed as available (which we later found was incorrect, but hidden and not readily available unless you knew about it), we reached out to Wesley Financial Group. They were clear, concise, and friendly but upfront about the process, timing, and costs involved. We found our team to be diligent and excellent communicators, staying in contact regularly and responding to emails promptly (usually less than one day). They were extremely professional and invested in our success. Luckily we just confirmed the termination of our timeshare contact and are completely satisfied that the Wesley Financial Group did exactly what they said they could and more than met our expectations.

Jake at Westley Finance kept us updated on the progress with the exit of our contracts our timeshare. We highly recommend this company. We have no complaints at all. We thank them so much for getting us out of one of the biggest mistakes we ever made in our life.

Charged an exorbitant Price for the to send you copy and past complaint to BBB and a letter to timeshare asking for cancellation. They Did a high pressure sales from the start just like the timeshare by offering discounts that had to be acted on the spot not giving you time to review the agreement. The Slick Willy that I talked to said it had to be done while I was on the phone with him. It's extremely interesting that Wesley Financial isn't even listed with the BBB.

It was great experienced when Wesley Financial group helped me get rid of my timeshare in 8months and also Jada Harris always updating me to the cancellation process.I feel good now no worries at all.

She consistently guided me and provided answers to all my questions and concerns. Kept in touch and responded quickly to my questions and concerns. My concerns became her concerns and she did everything humanly possible to provide the assurance needed and to move me forward to a viable solution. I always felt valued! The teams and people changed a few time.. even though that happened every one was helpful and ready to help and up to speed with what happened in previous conversations with the other team or person or persons , they also returned calls and or emails in a timely manner. Would recommend to others for help with time share issues.

Our experience with Wesley Financial has truly been a godsend! It was a HUGE mistake for us to take on this timeshare and we were drowning. On top of that, my life partner was diagnosed with cancer and this was a debt that we really needed off of us. Everyone was very upfront with us regarding the process and we were assigned Joshua, who held our hand and guided us through this entire process! My partner passed in March, but when Joshua called with the update that they were negotiating our exit I truly cried tears of joy and I know my partner was smiling down, knowing that this burden was going to be lifted! They were easy to work with. They kept us informed on what was happening. Time share was closed fairly quickly.

Although it took over 3 years Wesley was able to get my timeshare closed . I naively signed a contract for a timeshare without realizing that almost everything they told me was lies. I paid them for a few years and then couldn’t afford to pay any longer so I stopped. It was reported on my credit report which dropped my score significantly. I contacted Wesley financial group when I was at my wits end with too many harassing phone calls and letters. The price I paid them was worth everything where I did not have to pay ascent to the timeshare. I finally received the notice that my timeshare was canceled or bought out by the timeshare company. Wesley financial group has been there all along the way keeping me informed, providing me with letters to send and phone numbers to call. I have had three representatives through Wesley since my start. The last one I had was Kristen Kayal and she was fantastic. She kept me informed with phone calls, letting me know the situation with the timeshare company and how close we were to closing it. Kudos to Wesley financial group for being there to help poor naïve souls like myself get out of a very bad situation.
