Trusting the process is the key it took a while . We are now satisfied that we have our letter of cancelation. Now awaiting for Westgate Resorts to come off of all 3 of our credit reports so we can have our life back. They actually got the job done. I was nervous, and there was frustration along the way with the timeshare company, but my Wesley agent reassured me the whole way through. After a hard-fought battle between Wesley and the timeshare company, with simple tasks for me to complete, I got the news that I was free from this burden. I just received a notification that my credit score changed, and when I checked, my jaw dropped. I had stopped payments, which wrecked my credit score, and when the timeshare company reported that my account was current, it went up 163 points in one day. …. honestly I was very skeptical at first especially since I was already trying to get out of a very scammy timeshare situation. Before you even speak with someone there is a detailed process and along the way I was assigned several people. My final point of contact was Kristin Kayal and she was absolutely amazing.

In essence it did cost me to fix a bad decision and I fully own that. However I would much rather pay Wesley Financial’s fee than continue paying into a timeshare that felt like a lifelong scam. 💸➡️🚪

After using Wesley and being successful I read a number of reviews many 4 star like them we we pleased with there professional guidance and response. However we thought the cost was too high for the help they gave us We paid them much more than we ended up paying Hilton. Glad to be out of paying maintenance fees

Please do not trust Wesley Group! They promised us a money back guarantee if they did not get us out of our timeshare with Wyndham within 18 months! They have not been committed in fighting for us as promised, they don’t follow up about your case, and it has been 2 whole years already and we have nothing to show for the $10,000.00 they charged us! When we finally got fed up and demanded our refund they reneged on the money back guarantee! This company is a scam just to suck money out of you same as the timeshare companies! You have been warned

Neither timeshare Owner nor Developer can referee the game. Exiting a timeshare requires a seasoned third party to call the plays. We owners were naive and the developer unresponsive We're indebted to Wesley Financial Group and MG who called the plays in our timeshare exit. Enrolling in a timeshare is easy. Exiting took two years. Even after negotiated exit settlement our alleged timeshare account deliquency was reported to credit agency by the solicitous developer. We relied on MG for her professionalism, reassurance, persistence, and counsel. Thank you, Maria
