I have immense praise for Oldbury…

I have immense praise for Oldbury Custody Suite and two young Perry Barr Police Officers. The Staff were considerate, kind and understanding, especially the two young Officers from Perry Barr Station, also the Custody Nurse that evening and the female Sargent from Oldbury. They were totally knowledgeable and immediately picked up on the Safe Guarding issues involved. They made sure we had drinks and were offered food. I feel that they went above and beyond in there duty. I have the upmost respect for there professional response and understanding they demonstrated that day/night. It made me realise that there role of Police Officers is much more in-depth than what we the public can begin to realise ie; understanding Autism and Mental Wellness etc. These Officers do such a vital and important role and one which I feel the public are totally unaware of. Sincere thanks to you that day/evening.

The police only help stated people

The police only help stated people, poor people ain't got a chance I'm sorry.
The police are rapists, vile pedos, thugs their own officer's are saying this. lol
Go check out channel 4 police racism within the police force, so imagine the average civilian ain't got no chance....
Not one police that I can say are here to help, remember that one apple rots the rest.
Rotten to the core the police are especially with poor people I seen it that's why I'm saying it, I class myself poor in relation to understanding the police.
Rather trust a hungry lion than Englishman police officer, it's just the way they present themselves, you will be threatened by the Englishman police officer.

The police won't do their job

We spoke to 101 about our neighbour sending us threatening messages and threats of sexual assult to me and threats of death to Me and my husband. We gave our statements already we were told an officer is investigating it and reading through all messages of proof. We call up a week later for update told same thing officers are investigating. Its been nearly a month now and finally a officer is involved. She said she's meeting us today she lied and never turned up. We called 101 asking what's going on they said they will call back to update. Its 3.50pm now no updated phone call. We called up 101 again just now no answer I have a feeling they see our number but told to ignore us when we phone. We are victims and because of my neighbours threats my anxiety is high and I've had to cancel my health appointments as I'm scared to go out!!! We got the council involved and our friends are involved but the West midlands police here in birmingham are not taking these threats seriously!!! It's making me really annoyed. They are just waiting for either me or my husband to get stabbed THEN they will do something about it. We are 2 vulnerable adults I am physically disabled my husband is my carer We both have anxiety and depression too and have told the police this but still they don't do anything about it. We are not happy at all. I will change my review once they have dealt with this problem with our neighbour

My car were robbed over night. Thieves use my bank card in the night off-licence, they been recorded on CCTV. Reported to police, they didn't bother to do anything.
My daughter small petrol bike, pressure washer and other stuff were stolen from my garden. Ring the police about it. Officer told me they will contact me, never did.
Reported harassment. They said they will contact me, never did.
Leak of consequences for crime promoting crime...
Police service in this country doesn't exist anymore

theft and criminal damage is not deemed a serious crime.

2 yobs at my kids school stole his dust caps and messed up his bike bike seat.
The police was informed and a day later we had a phone call only to be told.
They will take no further action as its not deemed a serious crime.
The police did not see the cctv or question the yobs or talk to school or anything else for that matter.

Let me be clear to to the police that theft and criminal damage is a crime regardless of how big or small the crime is.

the school had cctv and identified the yobs and the yobs admitted it to the school teachers. What more do you need ?

Police are sending out the wrong message that yobs can do what they like without the consequences.

Should have no stars

Should have no stars. Car blocked my disabled mums drive for three days. No where for carers to park. Police stated don’t care we have no powers. Traffic warden given fine and asked for police to move it they are refusing to help. Never been spoken to by police staff like this before no compassionate, woman Claire and her colleague at the police in my life. She has told my mum at 84-year-old woman. disabled and having end of life care not to ring again. She told us to tell cares to carry her a few roads away awful. Two police staff don’t want to help and getting tax payers monies for nothing. Now Mp involved they will get it moved tomorrow but don’t call again FairPlay don’t ask us for any help or knock any of our doors. Two police women rude and one day someone will not put up with it hoping Mp can flag them up they need a new role.

Awful staff

Awful staff. My mother’s drive been blocked for over two days she disabled and 84 end having end life care. Police staff stated it’s okay for emergency service and carers etc have no where to park. Police came out before and stated just ring if happen again. The woman answering phone rude, awful stating her mum okay with it. Well that her mum nothing to do with her job that she can’t do. When I told her I was recording her she would not talk and cut me off. This lady should be sack at once as two people getting care under social care she told them to knock doors. Wrong she making them unsafe one as mental age of five. The police staff causing them to be unsafe. I asked for her name refused and cut us off five times. I am tax payer since 1997 and I will be writing to Kier as police awful. Two people under social care asking for help told don’t c again. Senior Practitioner since 2003 university of Birmingham. Police been out before as happen before and driver try to attack me with my two children in arms. Police unless and I would never call or help them. As waste of space. Car blocking drive, drop kenb, H sign carts and emergency carers cars being blocking in or can’t get in. Police have no powers and let some people in disadvantaged area do what they like sadly.

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless, can't even send officers for a vehicle asb call where they sit there revving their engines for hours opposite a police station. And your live chat idiot Hasan, he's as useful as a chocolate kettle and he's zero clue on the law.

Its hard to rate something that doesn't…

Its hard to rate something that doesn't seem to exist. Every so often they dip their toes into bandit country (West Midlands) for a day of action then disappear again for a couple of months. Crime rates are so low because people do not bother reporting crimes committed. It infuriates me but have had to take the stance of 'its noting to do with me' when I see some of the banditry going on locally.

Scam Speeding Process

They send you login details to view so called camera photos and then provide you with links and details that do not work. When you screenshot the exact details they send and send it to them they then send you the exact same details again. I wrote to them and emailed them numerous times. They are very very slow to respond and when they do respond, as expected, they talk down to you like the bullying attitude we see in most tv shows. They then admitted that the links they send me are for another force so i cannot view any online details. So they admitted to sending the wrong details and i ask for the correct details, as usual, i get given the same response by Rob who just repeats the same thing over and over without providing any details. He sent me 2 failed links that do not work and provides nothing useful. They are creating delays to push people towards a court room instead of helping with details that are not recognised on their system!

Very grateful

Think I need to remind people that the police are human beings with emotions just like yours, they have an extremely difficult job made all the worse by a people who mostly are abusive, violent, drink, drugged up and disrespectful.
Imagine yourself in their shoes forever getting Karen's in their face who, instead of helping them, make things difficult.
My son, at 15,came.to me and said the police had pulled him and his friends on a street corner (as kids do hanging out) and he said the police where hard on them..... I explained they are human and will have developed defensive hearts because of how they are treated by the very people they protect... I told him to be respectful towards them as they do their job and he'd see for himself how they'd be... Few weeks down the line he came to me and said he'd been pulled aside and they seemed aggressive, he said he followed my advice and was respectful and he said he was shocked because as he was respectful the officers became really nice to them and I was so proud he'd listened.
They do their best and I know they have to enforce the law even if being politically incorrect at times but they have a job, keep us as safe as funds allow (not their fault, you can blame goverments for cut backs) and instead of forever shouting back, lying and making their job hard we all respected the law and helped them you'd have a better society.... Everyone moans and complains yet expect help when in trouble.
To all police officers, thankyou for the work you do, at times extremely difficult work and I greatly appreciate you all.
The world's become a rudderless ship and crime is so much worse today than 50 years ago so please, treat police with the respect deserved and if they are off with you then maybe you need to address how you are towards them.
I'm pretty sure if you were working in an environment where your forever screamed, lied at and abused all day you'd soon become defensive to everyone..... Make a difference and be respectful, polite and stop being a hindrance.
Respect should be earned and if your not respectful why expect it back.
Again, thankyou to all police for the dangerous job you carry out with diligence in such an ungrateful world

Update on my last review

Update on my last review. Even though her ex came to her house and shouted threats and left messages because she actually answered the phone to him 5 months ago it’s a two way thing so police don’t have to do anything not check his call history or messages maybe they will pop around to his for a coffee if he kills her. Only the third woman that has called the police on him about storking I hope all women feel safe knowing that they don’t give a f###
