Ordered ortlieb fork bag west brook had the best price placed order Sunday night order arrived Wednesday morning, proper packaging and top class delivery via parcel force ,Communication was very good there's always someone available on phone will purchase again

Will be contacting for a refund as its now been 16 days since placing my order. Contacted beginning of this week and was told I would have my parts by the end of this week. Yep you guessed it still no delivery

Ordered online with Westbrook's Cycles. Said quite clearly that item would be dispatched within 48 hours. 7 days later still nothing arrived so called to find out what was going on...
I was told by an employee that they first have to order from the manufacturer then it's 48 hours from when they receive it. This is false advertising plain and simple to get sales, as I wouldn't have used Westbrook's if I had known it would take weeks to receive my order. When I challenged the employee he just said, "I've tried to get management to put a disclaimer on the website but I just get ignored". So here you are Westbrook's 1 star and according to the tracking it will be next week before I can expect to receive my order that I could have got next day with another supplier...

Shocking service and very deceptive!

P.s. Was called back today and told a yellow Alert was put on my parcel so it will be even longer now until it arrives. I've had to cancel my service with my LBS which took weeks for a slot to open up. I thought that booking it 2 weeks after ordering my cassette would be plenty of time given that it would be here within "48 Hours"... Scam!!

Ordered from over the weekend my order had not been processed 4 working days later disgusting never again.
Re ordered from another online retailer received it the following day !!

I purchased a bike from Westbrook Cycles in October last year for £2500 and was immediately impressed with the smooth purchase process and the bike's quality. The bike arrived on time and performed excellently.

Recently, I ran into a minor issue with the right crank arm of the bike. I contacted customer service, and Sam responded promptly, arranging for the necessary replacement parts to be shipped out immediately. Remarkably, the problem was resolved within a day.

The level of customer service I received was exceptional. The team was responsive, efficient, and committed to ensuring my satisfaction. Despite the minor issue, I remain very happy with the bike's overall performance and quality.

I highly recommend this company for its excellent products and outstanding customer support. They truly prioritize customer satisfaction and address any issues quickly and effectively.

Lot of negative reviews on here about this place. As I rely on reviews when making a purchase I feel I should also write about the positive experience I’ve just had. Given some reviews mention poor communication I did this by phone not email. Very receptive to questions and all promises fulfilled. Delivery sooner than expected. Great value bike worthy of taking the risk (1/3rd of a £1500 cannondale 2023 version that is identical to the 2024 version). Ordered through Westbrook from cannondale stock. Checked availability by phone, confirmed available and delivered as promised. Absolutely delighted with purchase, literally. I would comment, arrived in box. If you need some help building, plan for this, but I’m perfectly capable doing so myself. All in all, I’m delighted with the product, service and price. I’ll be back to this place.

Lowest price online for my Liv Devote Advanced 1 bike. Quick reply to email query. Fast, stress-free delivery from Club 75 specialist bike courier. Eddie kept me updated on progress by text, carried my bike up several flights of stairs, opened box so I could inspect it. Then carried box down to the recycling bin for me. Really nice guy and fantastic service. Would recommend.

Ordered a Giant Bike online with C2W voucher - Sam was great pre and post purchase with communications via email.

Seat post arrived with some damage but was given a replacement with no issues.

Cracking little first MTB for my daughter, at a good price, great service and communication, emailed for an update, was answered very quickly. Well packaged too but I think that was Scott bikes, however tyvm. I'm sure my daughter will be pleased. Highly recommended, would not hesitate to purchase again, hopefully you will have what I'm looking for when ready to get an ebike.

Ordered a Scott Addict eride 30 plus mudguards at a combined cost of some £2800.00. The bike arrived with the headset loose and my local bike shop charged £25.00 to rectify. I asked Westbrook, via email, to recommend a set of mudguards to fit the new bike. They did and I added this to my bike purchase. The mudguards do not fit this bike. I emailed Westbrook and their response is worded to the effect that nobody at Westbrook would have recommended these mudguards. So, in effect I imagined this interaction. I have yet to ride the bike mainly as a consequence of the loose headset, now rectified. I’ve never purchased from Westbrook and certainly will spread the word around my cycle club of some 400 plus members. Never again. Oh, by the way. I can send the mudguards back at my cost as the response included the information that they don’t do return labels.

I was looking for a pair of Garmin RS200 pedals, they were advertised online at a very competitive price. I called the store before making the order, to check availability. The member of staff I spoke to was extremely helpful he advised they were in stock at the warehouse and would be dispatched two days after order and arrive with me the day after dispatch. True to his word on day three they arrived. Excellent service would recommend.

I 'found' Westbrook cycles after my purchase from another company went 'missing' due to the carrier they used - DHL, clearly stealing it . Unbelievably stressful to get resolved.
Westbrook use a specialist delivery company ; Club75 bikes, who collect from them and deliver directly to me, so I thought, thats gotta be better.
The process has been faultless. The key thing was communication in abundance from confirmation of order, ready for dispatch, collection by Club75, a call from Eddie (Club75)confirming delivery date and estimated time and then on the day another call from Eddie confirming ETA. The bike was delivered on time and in pristine condition. A lot of companies can learn a thing or two from these. Thank you so much.

Purchased a Giant Trinity Advanced Pro 2 online. The Bike was dispatched within a week using the excellent Club 75 service. The bike was sent fully assembled and fully indexed with no need for any adjustments apart from seat height. I cannot recommend highly enough, would definitely purchase from them again in the future, much better service than the larger distributors, and even my local bike shop.

Ordered Endura bib shorts on 30th Oct. I had to chase them to find out to find out they couldn't source them.
After nearly a month they recommended cancelling the order and then i see that day that they have virtually the same shorts (same model, same size, same colour) for sale at a higher price. i believe if you have accepted an order you should supply, obviously we have different values.
