If I could give 0 stars I would. They are scammers! Don’t waste your money. I ordered 2x drifta bread ovens on the 12th Feb, I never received any receipt (other than the order confirmation from PayPal). Received no correspondence from them, no tracking information and still to this day haven’t received my order. Its now been 3 weeks

Disputed through PayPal. Reported them to drifta directly. Tried calling their shop & no answer. Have emailed.

Put an order in and payed by credit but no thing has been sent. Tried to ring but no answer. Hopefully they will respond soon.

They were pleasant enough to deal with however seem a little disorganized.
When I ordered the roof bars the advertisement indicated the price was for a pair of bars, however after waiting for a couple of weeks for delivery I called them to find out how long I would wait for delivery. First call was not answered. Then in making another call the next day I looked at the advertisement again and could clearly see that the price was for one bar and wondered how I could of got that wrong since I remember being careful to check that. Anyway since one bar is no good by itself I mentioned this to the girl assisting on the phone and was told that they had noticed that the wording of the ad was for a pair of bars and changed it since the price was too cheap for a pair of bars. I was a little ticked off but could see the point and paid for the extra bar.
Well the package finally came a full 4 weeks after ordering. Everything was as per order and in new condition but I think that the service and delivery time could be improved.

Ordered an item 3 weeks before Chrissy, never received any tax invoice or shipping info, took 2 weeks for them to tell me it shipped. Very disappointing that our chrissy present won't be there to be opened on the day...

The order was placed and credit card payment made but it was not fulfilled. There was no communication with regards to this. The payment was returned.
