Western 4WD and outdoors Opiniones 

I waited and waiting for my order with no communication from Western. I eventually chase them up, get an apology for not communicating and get given a date my item is expected from interstate, to then be forwarded to me. Now another 4 days after this date has come and gone (been weeks now btw) and I’m doing the chasing again. How hard can it be to communicate? Once is a mistake, twice is a problem. More disappointing though is that they’ve taken my money for a product they advertised but don’t have in stock, then leave me to do all the chasing. Something not right about this way of doing business.

well I placed an order on the 31st of august, have received a confirmation email, but nothing else for nearly 2 weeks. So as of right now, it’s a 1 star

Recently bought a Drifta rooftop from here. Gordon and Raphael we're excellent to deap with and managed to get the tent all the way to Kununurra for a great price.

I recently bought a suspension upgrade for my Ford Everest from Western 4WD. These guys are a class act, Robert and Gordon are so helpful and friendly and treat you like mates rather than just customers.

I even made a mistake when ordering and they helped iron it out with a minimum of fuss....

Great product advertised online. Disappointed I couldn't purchase it for the same price in store but was happily advised to 'buy it online'.
Delivery time was acceptable, especially as it was over the Christmas period. I'd be happy to recommend Western 4WD for any equipment you maybe looking for.
